Yeah there is spirituality like with Zenyatta and Genji, who are clearly supposed to be like Buddhists with how they meditate and their lines.

Not everyone reacts to horrible trauma the same? Also what does looking edgy have to do with anything.

Also the friend killing him, and the zombie stuff.

McCree was, but I don't think Sombra was ever part of Overwatch though, was she? I thought she was essentially independent other than briefly working with/for that gang?

Of course, but it's clear that Reyes/Reaper's done nothing for anyone to like him before and after the trauma. He's edgy plain and simple, and that almost always comes with a "woe is me" attitude as well.

Not that it's a bad part of his character; I love it personally.

You literally don't know that. You are literally going " oh man that guy isn't smiling he must hate happiness" . You can't assume folks aren't good people because they aren't bubbly.

He's edgy plain and simple, and that almost always comes with a "woe is me" attitude as well.

The assumption is that they're all going to join up into new-Overwatch, but as it is currently, the only playable characters who were Overwatch members are Soldier 76, Ana, Reinhardt, Reaper, Torbjorn, Mercy, McCree, Genji, Tracer, and Winston, with Mei working in Overwatch's civilian division. That's only 11 out of 23 total.
 
Widowtracer is still alive. Tracer and Emily's relationship might not be exclusive!

Pharah is just having dinner with her best friend guys. Pharmercy is alive and well.

also lol junkrat and roadhog are at luna park, apparently that place is still a thing in overwatch

Reyes blows up Overwatch just because he was jealous of Morrison being the face of it; how is that not overly edgy and how does any of that show that he's a "good person"? Him being edgy is not an assumption, it's his character.

Cool on Tracer being LGBT. Wasn't expecting that. I knew they were going to reveal one of the characters as LGBT soon, but I thought they were going to throw shippers a bone and make Pharmercy an actual thing.

Speaking of which, how did Pharmercy even get started? They don't seem to have any in game dialogue with each other that is romantic in sense, or have any interaction in the comics whatsoever. Did the entire ship set sail just because they make a good team gameplay wise? Because if so, that's pretty weak. I'd be like saying Reinheart and D.VA make a good couple because they're ults work well together.

Look at his design. Blizzard aren't exactly being subtle with a wink wink/nudge nudge about Reaper being an edgelord by design.

Just a gameplay thing by a player which was made into a gif. It showed Mercy doing constant heals and buffs for Pharah.
