What's wrong with HD Remix? I didn't play SF back then but I thought I remember people praising it for being exactly the same as old school SF2 but with a fresh coat of paint.

It is ugly as sin. Disgrace to the original art.

It's the Super roster with Akuma, Evil Ryu, and Violent Ken. The question we're waiting on is the exact version of gameplay. Is it HD Remix, is it original Super Turbo, is it Hyper SF2? We don't know anything except it uses old sprites and new ones.

Capcom should have not bothered with updating HD Remix and just paid some indie studio to draw SF2-style sprites for a bunch of Alpha/3/4 characters and dropped them in Hyper SF2.

Well, I'll bite. I hope its $20 or under though. The graphics do look good though.

ALways looked good on stills. Never moved good though which is why hardly anyone played nor praised it. If everyone did praised it then I 100% guarantee you that we would have received other HD updates by now.
