You're probably right to be honest. I was just searching around for Wii U die shrinks, but it never got one and I thought it had. IBM and AMD were only making those chips for that, so they probably never bothered saving.
Being based on X1 and no sign of a Pascal version around the corner but Nvidia pushing out devices like Shield TV based on that probably means that even if Switch sells about as well as the Wii U, if they make efficiencies, they can be passed on.
EDIT: Was just scanning around for attach rates and you can tell the Wii U was just a Nintendo die hard console. Back in July, Mario Kart 8 was at 7.5 million sold with a 12 million console user base.
