No, I assure you is real. It ONLY happens with Witches in root depth 5 chalices. I didn't modify shit, I know this because I did A LOT Of depth 5 root runs.

Edit: Good place to start is probably around Quarrymill or Idyllshire. Though I don't remember much if any of the Primal fights had slowdown or not.

I planned to go to Idyllshire. That's where I have the most trouble. Even on my PC copy.

WOW. Dying Light is my favorite game this gen. If the boost mode is able to make it run at locked 60fps I will definitely play for a 5th time.
