I can see it now if it turns out true.

Don't think it's ignorance as much as it is realism. Yeah he should be impeached but after this last year I don't have much confidence that'll actually happen at this point.

This is mainly my thing now. Even if he doesn't get impeached, these are still events that will continue to hang over him and hang over even after his term.
That said, I don't know how much of a problem it would take to get the # of votes needed. It seems like as long as the GOP ultimately decide on a course of action, that shouldn't be a problem. The main problem is how bad the evidence needs to be and how hard in order to convince them to just go with Pence or Ryan.

We are still talking about votes which is 4 years away, when you have an entire branch of government actively trying to kill the system in place I don't see this as "sucks for you". Real question if trump tomorrow says to the world "I'm working for Russia to end you all" what happens. Nothing if the republicans don't care, and right now I feel like they don't.

I mean ideally the law will eventually work, but it hasn't really done that much so far. I mean using the law we at least stopped the travel ban, but that seems far more like a temp stop right now than a complete stop. (though I am hoping for the later)

I would love to believe that something like this would hang over him, but most of the people that voted for him won't even pay attention to this, and the rest of us will be to worried about what ever is going on a month from now to care to much about this unless this seriously leads to something.
