I'm probably 5 or 6 hours into the game and haven't done too much besides explore and do a few shrines. In most open world games I get frustrated by having TOO much stuff to do but not this game. I'm just going wherever I end up going. I start heading towards a spot I pinned with the scope and get distracted by something and get off track. Yet I'm okay with that happening again and again because this game is so damn good. I wish I wasn't at work right now so I could play.
So question about amiibo, semi-spoiler so I'm tagging.
I scanned in Smash Link to get Epona, well I lost her...but then I thought I'll just scan Smash Link again, but I didn't get her to span again. So, how do I find her? Do I have to go look out in the fields because if so, guess I won't be having the iconic horse buddy...this world is so massive I haven't the slightest clue as to where she'd be.
There's a raft. How are you supposed to get there?
I just got tobyEventide islandbuilding a series of ice blocks from the shore
This game is great

WHERE DID YOU FIND THIS? I feel like half the game (at least the way I play) is climbing mountains, to paraglide to other mountains.

Fuck the raft. Once you get good at chaining ice bocks and paragliding from block to block, it's way faster than the raft
Is there some sort of recommended direction to go after? The places I've been have enemies that I barely deal any damage to and who one-shot me, so I expect there must be some easier path to start with.you get the quest to get all 12 memories, and free the divine beasts
memory on way. It was also the one the painter from the first village has hinted at.
I'm sorry but at max speed chaining ice blocks I don't even come close to a raft'S max speed. The trick is to not spam X when using the lift. In my experience the way to achieve max speed is to press X, wait a little, and press X again. You know you're doing it right when you do the same attack over and over (a horizontal swipe from right to center)
When there is three trees in a row with nothing around them, am I suppose to do something?
How do you get down from the first tower in the beginning of the game? There's no way down without jumping to your death.

Do the enemies scale in this game?
Are you talking about those three trees on the mountains?

I have to imagine hat people claiming this world is barren are just walking/riding/flying past the landscape and assuming nothing is there. Nearly every time I've thought "what's up there?" I've found something. Either a chest or a Korok puzzle or a mini boss or an NPC or a shrine. I'm astounded by how much is crammed into the world. There is something EVERYWHERE.

Something really annoying me in my game.
It just won't stop raining.
I can't climb or explore anywhere at all. I'm on my 7th day in a row of it and I'm in some mountain range and don't want to head back.
WTF

Reached a tower that was surrounded by water with nasties floating in it. It was during a thunderstorm so I threw my rusty sword in the water, a minute later lightning hit the water, electrocuting and killing everyone in it. Now all I had to do is wait till the storm passed so I could calmly swim to the tower.

Turn the pins into a stamp on the map screen.
How are you running out of pins? I mean, if you scout for Shrines and then just ignore them, what's the point? If you're not ignoring them, once you get within sight of a shrine it registers on the map and you don't need the pin anymore.
Even if you don't want to tackle every shrine or get stuck at the puzzles, it's best to register your slate at every nearby shrine as soon as possible just to make them available as quick travel points.
Did you get theI really need help with the ZoraDungeon.
Any help would be appreciated.Have had no progress there in close to 2 hours of searching. I have activated 2 terminals there. The crank and the water wheel. Have not figure out any more. Tried to stasis the rock on the big wheel with no success.
