Can anyone tell me if there's any significance to the circles of rocks?
I tried using bombs as decades of Zelda has conditioned me to, and even used them as a landing zone while flying. I thought maybe some Koroks were hiding about, but I don't know!

The circle isn't complete. Find a stone and use that to complete it.

Are the circles
complete
?

They are missing a rock. Grab one and complete the circle.

So I'm at the Bosh Kala wind shrine, and I can't figure out for the life of me what to do. Am I missing an ability to beat this shrine?

Played all weekend using Joycons and portable, but mainly Joycons in the holder and got tired of the left Joycon fucking up so bought a Pro Controller. Best decision I could have made. Thought that I would have problems with the button layout being different, since I spent about 20 hours playing with Joycons, but no, fewer problems now then before. Can't recommend the Pro Controller enough for this game (I never used a Pro controller on the Wii U, so not overly familar with it)

(Shrine Quest spoiler)
Eventide Island was kicking my ass, but it was all my fault. Decided to fight in a lightning storm, bad choice as I got zapped when an enemy got zapped. Tried to start a fire with an exploding barrel, that blew me up as well. Will go back, just needed to take a break from it, but looking forward to it.

I got to Eventide Island via Cryonis and when I died to the Hinox I was back on the main land :S

That ended my desire to go there for the foreseeable future.

Any review of the guide or better off playing without it? Does it come with a code for a digital guide like a lot of guides do?

Whats the power like? It doesn't break, right? RIGHT? That would make no sense if it did.

it does not break and it's pretty good but you need something to be worthy for it

If you want to know what read this tag otherwise do not:

13 hearts

Just
grab the raft from Lurelin. It's a super quick trip back.
Next time that Hinox is going down, had I not used one of the charges of the Gerudo Titan ability on the Moblin camp this wouldn't even have been an issue. That ability alone can kill a Hinox in three uses.

I could be wrong, but think about what's missing. This is a recurring theme in the Korok puzzles. :)

That's it? Does a quest take you there? I only have 6 hearts, lol

Only done 1 Divine Beast though.

Holy shit Lynel is fucking DESTROYING me. I assume this is impossible with 4 hearts because I just can't do shit to him. I can't seem to dodge his attacks and one shot basically kills me so there is no room for error.

I guess I just have to run from him and collect arrows and pray.
It isn't that bad just a bit grindy. But basically, do a backflip everytime it attacks you with his sword and do one of those flurry attacks to him. It takes forever to beat but if you do it over and over again you can beat him. Once he starts breathing fire just shoot him with arrows and the rest is history.

You have to actually find it. And even once you know where it is, getting to it is not exactly easy.

I found one NPC which hinted at where it is, and one NPC that hinted at how to get to that place, though those two NPCs were in entirely different parts of the world.

Still messing around in the Great Plateau....get into a fight with some Bokoblins, one KOs me off this ridge into a lake, I look up as I'm swimming and see a little elevated island in the middle with a stone and sword sticking out of it....you know what I'm thinking so I swim to it and climb up and...............it's a rusted broadsword.

Nintendo trolling me lol....this game man.....

There is a tower in this game which is quite annoying to climb. It wouldn't be if arrows weren't so shit past short range that it's hard to hit anything consistently.

That sounds like fun. NOT! Why would they put this iconic sword of the series in a puzzle?

So hard to pull myself away from this game.

Have today off so I should really go grocery shopping, but at the same time I could just get a pizza after work tomorrow...

npc's can hint where it is also nope you can littarly stumble upon it. I did i just was following a certain big koroks direction of his home. You wil know when you are there it's like a huge reference to older games.i was there with 4 hearts lol was pretty amazed when i got there sadly i could not pull it out back then.

Also don't worry it's not really a bad
puzzle like twilight princess master sword one

Last question,
is it in a specific region, or can it spawn anywhere in the entire map?

Played the switch version last night as a friend brought his over (outside of the starter area) and I am now kicking myself for buying the Wii U version. It may have been somewhat placebo but my God it ran better especially in the town. I'm probably going to buy a switch and another copy of the game, somebody stop me. Ps Gyro aim rules on the joycon!

Fwiw I was hopping back and forth between my Wii U and his switch and the game was noticibly smoother, I don't think many people here can say they have had that specific experience running both side by side on the same tv in the same areas. Really enjoying this game though despite the poor technical showing, it's gorgeous and the gameplay is just top notch!

So idk what happened, like friday I couldnt find stables to save my life, now I find them like candy and i love it, Ive probably found most of them, and I love that they're kinda like a hub that every traveler visits and stuff, like a full on rest stop and its great.

I'm laughing so badly, the more I play the more I realize even a Zelda game now has more cut scenes than final fantasy god that's sad.

Just finished he first real dungeon

Holy shit, just getting into it was a blast, they absolutely nailed the gameplay in this. Pure fun
