I like Onitsuka Tiger Colorado 85

And Converse are iffy quality but I love the look and kind of hate copies of that look so I'll keep those around

Adidas Superstars (I'm not sure if that's the model I have anymore tbh but my last pair was those at least) are pleasant

Have a pair of Clarks Bushacre boots that I like ok enough

But I struggle on boots that last... which got me curious

What shoe brands have you bought from that you'd buy again?

I really like Merrell's various Mocs, both because I'm lazy and because they're comfortable. They've definitely gotten more expensive over the years, though.

Sperry Topsiders - I get a new pair every couple of years

Adidas Stan Smiths - Love em, would buy again

Clarks Desert Boots - love em, still going strong after 5 years

Ugg slippers - don't judge, it's like wooly clouds on my feet

Everything else has either died or isn't worth mentioning

I wear cherry red (Vegan) Doc Martens, after the initial breaking in (and lots of plasters) they're the most comfortable and cool shoes I've ever worn. Even fixed the dodgy ankle I've had since my teens.

I like Onitsuka Tiger
Had my eyes on a pair of onitsuka gsm's, but not sure how they fit. How do you like em op?

Also Van sk8-his ( have 3 pairs)+ Nike trainrendors all day. I have a pair of Clark Desert Boots I'm trying to break in but so far they feel a bit uncomfortable.

I buy a lot of Vans.

Like, most of casual shoes are Vans. I just like them quite a bit, and they're fairly reliable in terms of style and daily wear.

You have to get the Chuck Taylor IIs if you're gonna wear converse. Much better build quality all around and more comfortable. Definitely not going back.

Outside of that and some obscure brands for leather shoes, I just like a good pair of NIkes. They always super comfortable and super durable and they look good. Hard to beat that.

Allen Edmonds. Very high quality craftsmanship, high quality leather, and they offer great customer service. You can get the uppers refinished, the soles, heels and cork inserts all replaced for like $100. They offer stretching for people who just can't quite get a size that fits perfectly. Lots of nice stuff.

I only really buy 3 types of shoes.. Nike Dunks, Adidas NMDs and Adidas Ultraboosts. I used to buy the Free line but Boost soles have surpassed Nike in comfort imo.

Breaking in a new pair of Docs this week, I know the pain will be worth it.

Doc Martens and Vans pretty much cover my shoe needs.

Bostonian and Allen Edmonds dress shoes (high and low price points) and Nike and Adidas athletic shoes. Whenever I stray from those four I end up disappointed after a few months.

I've been a NB guy since my Cross Country days, but their adamant Trump support has made me question if I will buy another pair.

So I guess I'm a free agent now.

I pretty much only wear Nike shoes I get from the Outlet stores because my feet are too big to buy off the shelf

  • DC Slip ons
  • DC Skater shoes
  • Vans Slip ons
  • Puma Casual shoes
  • Sprint Slip ons
  • Nike SB Line
  • Nike Running shoes
  • Adidas Running shoes

I love slip on shoes and those are my basic go-to brands for casual shoes, I mostly buy DC and Vans, but I'm trying to vary a little with Puma and Nike.

Slip on Vans... I have 5 pairs of these.

And like 2 pairs of every other Slip On Vans I own.
I like you.

My daily drivers are either my Red Wing Iron Rangers or my Servant Dagons. If I'm just lounging around the house or quickly running to the store I normally wear a pair of Sanuk Sidewalk Surfers.

Dr. Martens, Sebago, Geox, Skechers, all without hesitation. Recently bought a pair of Redwing Postmans, not sure about those. Clarks Desert Boots, no.

Running: ASICs
Casual: Puma
Dress: Aldo
Daily use: Rockport

Those are my definitive go-to brands when it comes to shoes.

Edit:
I've never owned a Nike shoe! Nor Vans shoes, nor Converse shoes!

Bally for work.

Allen Edmonds for work and play.

Newcomer on the scene is Thursday Boot Company. Bought a pair and will definitely pick up more later.

Adidas for their Ultraboost Tech.
