The German dub is really good. It's pretty funny that the English VA is apparently the only one which is bad.

NoA step your game up💁🏼

Uhm.. I just turned the game off because of tension. I have been at
Eventide
Island for the past three hours, just attempting to figure shit out.

Now I have killed the
Hinox
and only have one orb by the camp on the cliff left. But these thunderstorms keep coming in.

Does anyone know if lightning can hit you when you are just standing somewhere? No, I'm not wearing any metals etc. Just want to know if I am safe while I scout out this camp.

Most tense I've been in a game since Bloodborne.

Defeated my first Divine Beast. Got
Mipha's
weapon. I must know, will it break?

Even the master sword breaks, but the ms is the only weapon that self repairs. The other unique weapons can be recrafted at the town you got them from.

Not only was that fucking hilarious but this guy showed so many creative ways to do things in the game. Totally had no idea that balloon thing was available. Wow.

This fucking game never ceases to amaze.

I just found out about those balloons myself when cooking a whole bunch of different things and came across this item.
Read the description and went "WHAT?".

So many great little things in this game. :)

I think I am not fighting enough, I just have a stockpile of 20+ lvl weapons now of all varying types. My main mission is to go get
my slate upgraded.

I found it literally by mistake. I was down in the village and decided to climb the nearby mountains for the heck of it.

I've never had so much fun climbing a mountain in a game before. So far everything I have explored has rewarded me with something.

The only thing that would make this game better is if I were able to turn Link into a Pure Mage or Warlock type character.

Lmao the picture for the last memory is bullshit. Is a random forest. Oh well If I had to guess, this being the last memory it must be a forest around hyrule castle, maybe not super close.

where did the maraca guy go anyway? he was right outside kikariko for a while, and now i can't find him. i have like 7 saved up.

I found him the second time
outside the horse stables in Hyrule Field
.

I need to find him again as I have 30 more seeds for that magic maker.

finally bought a house and some places to put my weapons...gotta reserve the best ones for when i tackle some end game zones

also killed the desert miniboss, damn that was satisfying

Oh noes! I think my diamond streak has just dried up. In Zora Village there was a guy which traded 10 glowing stones (no idea how they are called in English ;) ) for a diamond - and since it's pretty easy to collect them, I think I got around 5 diamonds from him, but now he seems to have disappeared :(
Or maybe I was there at the wrong time? I don't know, but I hope he will reappear.

Lmao the picture for the last memory is bullshit.

You mean the last one or the last last one?

I lucked into the last one and then the actual true last one I already knew where it was because I dicked around at that spot a bunch early in my game

He's in
the lost woods

So I'm new to this thread, is there yet a map of all the shrine locations? I'm in Lanayru going crazy trying to find this shrine that keeps going off on the minimap indicator

EDIT: Found the shrine, would still love a map, however

Nope, I wouldn't bother with them outside the bow. The armor set is dope as hell though.

It's basically the Soldier's Armor with an extra bonus, right?

(balance discussion)
Soldier's Armor is wildly OP. The defense it gets relative to the rest of the armor sets grows, in a game where the damage algorithms already have increasing marginal gain per point of armor.

Put in a lot of gameplay today. Finished off the main Zoran mission (very cool dungeon), unlocked 2 new areas, found the second Giant Fairy and bought a house (we're not spoiler tagging this, right?).

Think I'll take it easy for a bit and just roam for a bit again. Have a bunch of sidequests to complete and I want to save some money to fill up my house/prepare for future armor purchases.

Edit: Oh, and is there any reason to use the Hylian set over the Soldier armour set? Like, is the Hylian set lighter or something?

Got the Master Sword, 13 hearts of health, enforced armor sets, Guardian weapons and shields, several ancient arrows, tens of normal arrows, four giant mechas aiming sights at the castle, a grocery store full of food, and Migos playing in the background.

I think I'm finally ready for Ganon.

Shrine spoiler

I just did the two memory shrines on top of the twin peak (or whatever the name of those two mountains are)... Neat idea and concept for those shrines.

Have you done all the memories?

I feel like im going nuts, earlier I was making elixers that restored full stamina bar and gave me a little extra max temporarily. Cant figure out what I was using. Or maybe it was food? any help?

It's tied for the highest defense in the game, along with the 120 shrine completion tunic and the champ tunic I believe. As well as having the guardian beam resistance as well as a double damage bonus to ancient / guardian weapons.

At 4 stars you're more likely to die from getting knocked off a mountain by a guardian beam than the actual impact.

And yes the solider's set gets a bad rep for not having any set bonuses but if you swap out the chest for the champion's tunic chest the effects even at 3 star are goddamn game breaking. Having 52 defense reduces the amount of damage you take from guardian beams from like 10 hearts to fuckin 3.

I feel they kinda missed an opportunity by not having the classic Kakariko Village theme with a new twist, like they've done with Zo
ra's Doma
in.

The more I play the game the more I love it and it's already safe to say I'd rank this among my all time favorite games. The game is just constantly fun, exciting and rewarding.

that was when I knew this game was going to be special. not necessarily just the shrines but I went that way after getting off the plateau and getting up there, finding one, leaving, seeing the other, and then having that aha moment was really cool.

they did though, you don't hear parts of the melody in there?
