For those with the Piggyback guide, would you recommend? I've been searching for photos of it, but only found a couple. I know that Piggyback guides are usually of a really high standard, but I was just curious from people who had a copy. I'm kicking myself for not pre-ordering, the price jumped quite quickly after release in a few places.
Well, that sucks. Nintendo's not getting a pass for this right? It's pay-for-content, just without the downloadable convenience of DLC. It's literally worse than DLC.

so 4 years ago Matthewmatosis made a video about the Zelda franchise and hopes for the future. Within, he brings up that each of the mainline games brought a major element significant to that game OoT = time travel, WW = Sailing, MM = Transform, TP = wolf (failed). What do you think is BotW's and will it disappear in the next Zelda?

These fuckers!
I was riding along with my faithful steed and all of a sudden I find myself encircled, arrows pinging everywhere.
Suddenly my horse collapses, now considering I have another horse who after being named got bolted by lightning and shot by a guardian laser within the same two minutes afterwards and tanked that shit, well lets say it took me a while to figure out why my blue buddy hadn't gotten off the ground...oh, oh.
Safe to say I went John Wick on those bokoblins, they killed my horse and effectively stole my car in the process, I murdered every last one of them in revengeance.

I wouldn't have a problem with the piano tunes if it wasn't just the one that goes 4 keys -> flourish every fucking time. Why aren't there anymore in the overworld?
No reason to have the themes of iconic areas missing either.

And so far, completely enchanted. A few things bum me out, but there are other aspects that try to cushion them. They don't fully, but a lot of my personal problems I can deal with. I don't like the lack of traditional dungeons. I just don't, I'll say that straight up. I love the concept of the dungeons, and I still like the ones here, but they're... short, lack enemies, no mini-bosses, and the (boss spoilers)
endboss of each dungeon is incredibly derivative, despite the change-up in how you fight them I don't like how the designs are the same
. The shrines are cool, but visually redundant (like the bosses) and I kind of wish the effort put into all those 100+ shrines were instead used on more, better dungeons.
A reason I love Skyward Sword so much is because for me it's best in the series in those regards. Like whatever minor issues I have with Skyward, the main reasons I love Zelda are there and in full force. So, I don't care for those things in Breath, really. I also wish the game had more enemies in general.
THAT BEING SAID, otherwise, everything else is just utterly mindblowing. And there's a lot of "everything else." I can see it being one of if not my favorite Zelda games despite the issues I have with it so far. The thing is, I do have issues with those things, but those things are still pretty good. I've really enjoyed the look of the dungeons, the concept of them, the music, and the puzzles, there's some incredibly imaginative shit going on but I do miss the layered dungeons.

Do you know which one specifically? I've already tried all three stables from areas I've explored (Duel Peaks, Lakeside, Highland), but he's not at any of them.
I've been trying to avoid this thread, but can someone confirm or answer without spoilers? After the final boss, is the world still open to finish things or should I do everything before hand-is there a point of no return? Thanks

The soundtrack is pretty weak compared to past games. There isn't a single memorable track in the game that doesn't remix an already existing song, and even those are incredibly rare.
So my friend was on Vah Medoh and left to get warm clothes and now he can't get back up there. He's saying there's no teleport and Teba can't take him back up. Apparently he spent a lot of time getting rupees so his autosaves aren't far back enough either. Anyone know how to get back on the thing?

Haven't done it myself, but read if you beat the game, it will send you back to before the final battle. But if you get the "real" ending, it puts you on a new game.

I ran into a similar problem with Vah Ruta. I think the quest marker was in the way on the map and was blocking me from clicking the warp point. Disable the quest marker, maybe.

? I killed every enemy there - I think - including the Lynel, but nothing happened. I was kind of expecting something lol
At least it's a great place to get good weapons from enemies.

The game just keeps on giving. I play for 20 minutes and one thing leads to another and I've played for 2 hours, didn't advance the story 1 bit and loved every moment of it. Everything is rewarding.
