The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild |OT2| It's 98 All Over Again

Spent almost an hour in Ree Dahee today trying to get the chest the "wrong" way. Stack two barrels on top of each other. Stasis the top barrel. Magnesis the bottom barrel and move it to the side, far enough to make a step up. Before Stasis runs out, jump on the first, then the second and jump glide to the chest. An easy hour long solution.

Hmm so
I can repair the Urbosa's sword and shield as well? Good. It's weird that you can throw/drop them though, unlike the Master Sword. What happens if you leave them on the ground and leave the area?
You don't repair them though, you make new ones, so it doesn't matter if you lose them.

There's definitely a different feeling, which is why I said I miss them for their atmosphere. But the poster I replied to said they were full of interesting puzzles and that's really not true at all. Zelda's puzzles have honestly never been that great. But dungeons are very enjoyable as a whole and I hope they return in some fashion in the future.

You don't think so? Never?

what does that armor you make with that mineral that glows do?
the one you can buy at the secret club in the Gerudo citadel

The set bonus makes bone weapons do more damage. It also makes you look like a luchador, especially if you dye it.

Do shooting stars disappear or something? I finally saw one, marked it on the map and hightailed it there but it was nowhere to be found.

Tip: fighting the lynel is optional

This is amazing. I was just going to come and recite how I got 20 arrows and got my ass outta there. I did try to take him out a number of times and he kept one shotting me. Felt guilty, but I got the job done.

Where is it? I've discovered a couple and noped out because I didn't have the weapons and food to burn through, but if I knew where it was ahead of time I think I could manage.

It's the
shrine off the southeast coast alone in the ocean. You probably beat the moderate test of strength shrine overlooking it on the cliffside.

So i have a diamond and a few valuables haven't made it to
kokoriko
.

Can I sell some of it or what shouldn'tI sell

If you play a lot, you'll gather lots of ore over the course of the game and grinding more is always possible and not too bad, so it's fine to sell some of it to keep cash flow up.

How many different endings are there?

I beat the game without the MS, no memories and not doing any dungeons. Pretty sure I would get somthing different if I got the other stuff.

Quick, someone give me a topic so I can make another Zelda thread!

But seriously, I wonder if I'm spending too much time carefully making my way to a bunch of the towers instead of exploring the starter areas that are much safer.

I only noticed
that there were only a line of dialogue change in the fight with Ganon
, and
an additional cutscene when I had the Master Sword and all 12 memories

30 hours in and can't believe I've only found 24 shrines. I still have over 100 of them? Can't complain tho since I'm living them.

What do the
four Divine Beast power upgrades
do?

I have Mipha's Grace and Revali's Gale. I haven't done the other two dungeons, but I'm at 113 shrines. I'm realizing the rewards of the last two dungeons maybe make shrine-hunting more fun. But I'm so close to 120 I kind of just want to finish the shrines. What powers am I missing out on?

Only 2-3 towers really pose a particular challenge. A couple of them are a huge pain in the ass though.

Screw whoever thought it was an awesome idea to have rain make it difficult to climb AND make five to ten minute rainstorms. I'm currently waiting out a rainstorm to climb out of a hole, and this is getting old.

I beat one dungeon yesterday so I'm good story-wise for now. I've spent all day working on side content. SO good.

I REFUSE TO LET IT END

I beat the second dungeon and Im getting that nervous feeling the end is nearly near. I have so many unexplored areas and memories to get but that dread is surfacing.

I want to see beautiful sunrises all the time ;_;

The last two are
more combat oriented. Revali's Gale is by far the most useful so you're good.

If you actually want to know

Daruk's Protection: Gives you a protective barrier. Actually kinda shit because it activates when hold ZL, ie when you're already blocking.

Urbosa's Fury: Lightning strikes where you are after charging an attack for a while (but doesn't hurt you).

Daruk's Protection and Urbosa's Fury... You can be protected against attacks and also unleash a lightning charge etc. Very useful to get all the champion powers.

What exactly is worth doing in this game? I'm never going to get to 100%, because no way am I getting 800 Korok seeds or whatever. Here's what I'm planning on doing:
Get the Master Sword (check)
Get the Hylian Shield (check)
Find all memories (check)
Four Divine Beasts (I've done 2)
120 shrines (I've done 113)
Build Tarrey Town (haven't started)
Beat Ganon (want to do this last)

Anything worthwhile I'm missing?

The Shee Venath Shrine and the Shee Vaneer Shrine are so meta...

Congratulating you on your resourcefulness of using the Nintendo Switch screenshot feature.

Yeah I just beat Ruto and have pretty much zero motivation to head to the next one. Just want to explore and climb some mountains.
