He was bad in MKvsDC but I think he does a good job in the first Injustice. He's fantastic in his opening scene IMO.

Captain Cold pls. Or Scarecrow. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe those are the last two new characters to be revealed, that we know of from the leak.
Scarecrow is possible, shattered alliances part 3 will probably be that day and focus on the society.

I can see it. Lots of spinning plates though, storywise. Brainiac, Superman trying to regain control, the Society. That's a lot of plot.

I don't think the Society is going to be the central focus and is more likely to be explored in the Injustice prequel series. I'm anticipating three arcs. The first featuring Batman and his allies against the Society, with Brainiac arriving at the end, if not at the beginning unbeknownst to everyone. Batman and his allies have likely already been fighting the Society for some time prior to the game's beginning. The second, being Superman's escape and the reemergence of the Insurgency and the final arc bringing everyone together to defeat Brainiac.
Based on the in-game dialogue, it seems likely that Supergirl naively frees Superman from his prison, not realising how far he has fallen.
Her ship coming to life and reanimating her allows Brainiac to key in on Earth. Kara only sees that Kal is in prison but once she releases him she starts to actually learn what's going on (we see a bit of this in the trailer). It all makes sense if it goes like that.

I'm really excited to see what they do with the story in this game. My only worry is that MKX had some trouble balancing its plot, so I hope they have taken a few lessons from that.
So far the only real problem I'm having is seeing Hal with a green lantern ring again. They guy supported the regime from day one, and unlike Barry didn't actually turn against the regime. Instead he joined the corps of the man who killed several of his allies. i don't care what trials he has had to go through to prove he deserves the ring, anything short of Alpha Lantern programming or mind control should not be accepted.
i know this I'm being a bit of a fanboy and I apologize, but as someone who would love to play as Kyle or Guy, hell even Simon Baz, being stuck with a cannon traitor is annoying.

Groundzero comic does A LOT to develop Harley and make her a more coherent character. It also blatantly changes dialogue and situations from the actual game. It's kinda sad that all that development and personality will not be expanded on at all in the actual sequel game.
The character page has been redesigned, and it now has 38 slots: 28 starting + Darkseid + 9 DLC, I guess.

It doesn't load properly on mobile; it reverts to the horizontal scroll bar after initially loading the grid. I suppose that means there are no more surprises outside of the DLC characters.

Well Ganthet did try to kill him and Carol by taking his ring away while they were flying.
He's the one i'm looking forward to the most.

Looking back to MKX's DLC release schedule, I think it's safe to assume that we'll see our first DLC character roughly a month after the retail release. Hopefully that means we'll see leaks towards the end of next month, as promotion amps up for the season pass.

Well when your just a macguffin it's easy to fall through the cracks. I wonder if we'll get a Hernan Guerra from Gods and Monsters skin for Superman.

Someone just posted this on Reddit. I'd never seen this video before but right there Ed Boon straight up says the launch roster will be around 28. How did I/we miss this?! Btw, they're going to have the UUDD crew on for the stream. I hope people aren't too mean to them

That actually make sense tho since we have a source who is familiar with the roster and he said that he only know about 28 characters. I don't think we would have few characters being added to the roster without being part of bug test process.

I'm expecting one or two veterans, but I want the DLC characters to be completely new. There's too many characters who are deserving of slots.
As much as I don't like Cyborg getting in the game, I'm kinda sad he is being played as such a chump in the Injustice universe.
All I really want out of DLC is Black Manta.
I'd rather they save veterans for after the first wave of DLC, since I essentially already paid the first nine by pre-ordering the Ultimate edition, and none of them were characters I cared much for in the first. I'd rather take my chance of liking someone in the first nine with all new picks. I'm probably in the minority on that though.

Out of respect for the team and to avoid getting in trouble, he doesn't want to "leak" anything.
Any trivial information he has given was confirmed and we have no reason to believe he's lying.
Joker is the only thing he was willing to confirm, alongside Catwoman. And it wasn't to "leak" things it was to clarify things mostly.

Lex not being in the game seems dumb, since he was a big part of the first one.
Makes his death more meaningful I guess.
