You'd think Joker would be the last character since he's the most popular and the one people don't think is coming back.

Looking at the Injustice 2 twitter I'd say alot of people don't know about the leak. Those poor guys hoping for Starfire and RedHood.

Nope, there was a fake leak on reddit that said they were in but it also said the roster was gonna be a base of 30. The only characters left are Captain Cold Scarecrow and Joker.
Nope, just the characters we now know about plus Joker & Scarecrow (Captain Cold as well, but we saw a glimpse of him in Shattered Alliances Part 2).

I asked for a Black Canary vs Harley intro but going by the requests we're probably getting a Ivy and Harley one next.
Why? Henry Cavill Man looks good now.
I put in a vote for Black Canary & Harley.
A lot of characters like Supergirl got touched up, but what they did to Aquaman and even Superman is pretty drastic.
I wonder why those two got such a drastic overhaul compared to the others, because I personally liked Supermans orig face, some lighting changes and a few touch ups and he would have been fine.
And him looking like Ray Liota works better with him being evil, compared to being some weird Cavil look a like.

He had it in the CG trailer. In game, he was more like this dude :
But I think what's great now, is that he looks both good and evil depending on the scene. Which is perfect. Makes him more ambiguous. In I1 he just looked pure evil all the time, boring.

Announced last year as first character= / = announced two months before release.
Keep in mind the testing and pressing of blurays happens one month before release, and last month of dev is usually tuning servers, testing the game, fixing bugs etc...
We don't know where the Black Adam model and some others are in terms of development and model tweaking, regardless of the order of trailers shown or even now that they are approaching going gold. They could have been compiling some of these trailers from earlier builds, and may have been sitting on the videos for a while. I'm sure they would prefer to show the most up-to-date footage, but not necessarily at the expense of falling behind on making these videos.
I've been pretty pleased with how the faces have turned out. Most of the usual bashing has little merit this game, which is good. Still, I hope Black Adam gets some tweaking.

Not saying you guys are wrong, I was just stating that having blind faith that he'll get fixed because the guys that looked like shit for an entire year got fixed isn't exactly a good reason, when we're 2 months away from release (which means game is basically finished outside of DLC / quick fixes).

Man, NRS continues to surprise me with their face tech. I already thought it looked good, but it's continuing to get even better! I feel like it's surpassed the faces in MKX, which were also really good.
As one Youtuber said, "this is a good "you versus the guy she told you not to worry about" pic."Damn, what a difference! O:
I'm so glad they actually listened to fans. NetherRealm finally is getting the faces right.
