Just have Beerus promise him another chance at life. Even if he does snap at some point (which I don't think he'd have to) It'd make for and interesting conflict.

How much I'd like/dislike that spoiler depends on
who would be replaced

I think its fake.
as much as Frieza is awesome he will outstage everyone for 3 episodes at least and the focus of this arc should be on the tournament.

He already had his time to shine

God Dann I forgot tonights episode was about Tien. Snoozefest for me unfortunately, I just hope Roshi steals a lot of screen time. I've enjoyed some of the background stories to build characters up but it's time now IMO. Having a few more weeks to go is gonna be a bit of a drag.
 
They should bring him back as a punching bag to show off their new powers lol. I'm iffy on the spoilers because the sheer hatred that character has towards the cast does not make for a good team up.

I think that if
someone's being replaced it'll have to be Buu. He had a good fight that he actually won already.
 
Man, I love the idea of Frieza coming back for the tournament. It'd be neat to have a villain protagonist for an arc, my only worry is who they'd boot off for him.
I pretty much want to see everyone in action.

This literally happens so many times in DBZ/ Hardly fan fiction.
 
I still say Cell would fill that role better, but obviously he's not strong enough, but he's the only villain I'd want to return, and I don't even want him to.

But imagine 17, 18 and Krillin having to work with Cell.
And Cell having to work with Gohan and Goku.
 
I feel like Champa would have looked at her and judged her on her non Broly appearance, and instead wanted to pick someone who was manly, so they went with Cabba.

Also, Cabba did not seem to know about the SSJ transformation before the tournament. So it's not unlikely that this female saiyan can't do it yet either, so it makes sense to choose a Elite saiyan warrior like Cabba back then. Maybe they are just not aware of the lady's potential.
 
I laugh everytime I see Roshi being all strong and serious on the promo images because he is just a squeaky pervy old man. I can honestly picture him being pervy with all the female aliens on the tournament lol.

Oh no are they going to bring Freeza again!?. He was a great villain in his respectful arc but every single time they try to bring him back it feels like i start to hate him more and more. Not to mention i want to forget everything about Resurrection of F which was terrible.
