My Dariusburst CS CE arrived! Thanks LRG for the quick shipping and great packaging.

No problem! We learned a lot from shipping Silver Case back in March - don't use boxes that are too tightly fit and make sure to use bubble wrap. Hopefully, everyone's copies arrive safe and sound. We spent a whole week pre-packing all the DBCS LEs so I'm glad it was worth the time so far.

How are they packed if you also bought the other releases? Anything between them? Just curious.

Each DARIUSBURST LE is inside it's own shipping box, even if you buy other stuff. For instance, if you buy the DBCS LE, a vinyl, and Nova-111 PS4+Vita - you'll get everything in a big box with the vinyl at the bottom, a box with the DBCS LE on top, and an LRG blue-box with the remaining stuff on top of that. Any empty space will be filled with void fill paper.

We're definitely not taking chances on the LE since it's an expensive one to have to replace if any arrive damaged.

When's the Vita limited edition for Dariusburst?

Awesome, sounds great and I'm looking forward to it. Thanks for all the extra care!

Arrived home today and the DARIUS Vinyl was waiting on my doorstep. I was worried it would get wet since its been pouring out here all day. The box was starting to get a little damp, but inside everything is good!

Thanks for this one LRG...I would definitely be in to grab more Vinyls with you in the future ;)

I got my Darius LE. #26

Message to LRG. Your bubble wrap saved the day. The shipping box was damp from the rain. But inside the box was dry. Nice job fellas.

It's a shame that Play-Asia continues to one up LRG when it comes to certain releases. Ys Origin and Wonder Boy, DotEmu is the only link I can find.

Finally, and I know I've said this about a billion times - if we had done Breach & Clear on a preorder basis, no one would have bought it.

I would have bought it either way, there were a lot less indie self-published games available back then. But either way, I fully understand your policies and I'm happy with them. Please continue doing what you are doing. :)

You are aware that this has nothing to do with Play-Asia, are you? The developer licenses their game to multiple publishers (Arc System Works for publishing in Asia & maybe even Japan. Limited Run Games for publishing in North America). Play-Asia sells these games like games from any other publisher. If you feel unhappy about it, you'd need to blame DotEmu.

I think it's a great move though. The developer will reach more people and ultimately make more money. Why limit yourself to a single sales channel? LRG seems to be fine with it too, otherwise they wouldn't have signed it.

That's the thing, they've said time and time again that it's not their intention to print games that are already available elsewhere and that they've been caught off guard last time with Ys Origin.

It probably depends on the popularity of the game. The quality of LRG's lineup has increased quite significantly over the last year. If the game is good (like Skullgirls, Ys, Darius Burst or Wonderboy), why should they say no? Also there are collectors that prefer US versions over other versions, so they can probably still move a few thousand units without big problems.

I don't really mind what version I get, as long as I can find it in physical format. :)

Who is publishing Ys Origin in Asia? It isn't arc sys hopefully or ill cancel both my orders. It says Falcom on the play asia page.

For Ys Origin I dont mind. I Want to get as many different versions as possible. including the original JP PC release.

Thanks for the replies guys (asking if anyone in the UK/Europe had received Ray Gigant).

My shipping/tracking still hasn't changed from 4/22/17 & yet people are receiving (in the US, granted) DariusBurst already.

Could LimitedRunGames possibly explain the shipping process at all please? I just don't understand the long delays for some international customers.

You do remember that Oddworld was like the 3rd game or so they released? Meanwhile they just recently put out Nova-111 which "struggled" (relative to other LRG releases) to sell out. From the get-go their releases have been a mixed bag imo.

I guess I kind of forgot about that. Maybe because I'm not a big Oddworld fan. :-D

Arc System Works is doing Ys and Wonderboy in Asia.

International orders have to be first shipped off to an export center before they can move. Our domestic orders just go straight into the mailstream. We had ~30 boxes full of international orders sitting at the office. Those went out yesterday so you should expect to see movement soon. We're switching international shipping partners soon so you'll probably see an uptick in international delivery times with future orders.

Great to hear. I'm still waiting on my copy of Dear Esther to arrive which has not had any updates in shipping since 12th of April.

Open a support ticket at limitedrungames.freshdesk.com. That really should have arrived by now.

I'm in the same boat, also with April 12 as the last update. I've already opened a ticket but was told I'll have to wait 60 (sixty!!) days....no way around that although the order is clearly lost, I take it?
I'm sooo worried I won't get replacements but just a refund.

Don't say that :(

So we're already three. Really wonder what happened there.

@LimitedRunGames -- Dariusburst arrived today, but I fear that my disc is broken (I keep the LRG lineup sealed). I can hear two things moving around in there, but looked up an unboxing vid and found that only this disc is in the case.

I'd bet the case spindle broke. Feel free to open a support ticket at limitedrungames.freshdesk.com and request a replacement.

I'm impressed. Your guys shipping seems to have gotten much faster over time. Received DariusBurst and Nova - 111 today, very happy!

according to their blog updates they submitted/submitting the final ISO on march 7th but there hasn't been any updates since then so i'm guessing it got hit by a delay

Sony didn't approve the digital to disc remaster request until last week, which was needed to actually submit the ISO.

Hey LRG, you should talk to Gordon from Different Cloth about DriveDriveDrive on Vita if it sells out on PS4!

He was interested a while ago but says it bombed on other platforms so he can't justify it. I really really want to see it happen.
