Did anyone else here pick up a copy of The Sexy Brutale: Full House Edition? Noticed an unboxing popped up on my twitter stream.
Looks to be Europe only for now, but I'm guessing collectors in the future will want those backwards manuals lol

Had an eye on it for a while but it's only available in Europe and not many online shops seem to carry it.![]()
base.com have it, it's relatively cheap too..
I want this for the official Doug COA letter.

Wow, that was done over a year ago, so I guess at this point I can't be mad!

Apologies if this is too much off-topic, but it just hit me what a truly remarkable thing Doug, Josh and everyone involved with LRG are accomplishing. Yes, we can gripe about small print runs and perhaps less-than-ideal ordering methods, but as a former "physical or die" person who lapsed into digital with PS4 and Vita and only came back to my senses last year, they're a godsend.
Here's to further expansion and great things from LRG. Your work and dedication is deeply appreciated.
You can still be mad -- what that person is doing is pretty crass. I imagine you didn't intend for that to be used on eBay, especially showing your personal signature like that.
It's remarkable -- they jumpstarted a whole niche.
Signature Edition, Special Reserve, iam8bit's physical releases: It was all proven here.
There were precursors, of course (special shoutout to Retro City Rampage, where the dev single-handledly proved Sony was open to highly specialized, online-only small runs), but the risk and initiative they took with this business model is impressive.
Yeah, Gaijinworks is also a precursor!
I had a feeling it would end up on eBay one day, it was a trade for something so I gave up one of my personal copies.
-Douglas
If we were to pay to localize a Visual Novel would you buy it? Price would be probably $40 - $50 max! We would also put it up digitally.
Yeah as long as it's a good one!
I like to imagine this exchange was for a complete ultra megazord this trading a tiny game for a giant plastic monstrosity.Yeah, Gaijinworks is also a precursor!

YES. I don't know what VN fan would disagree.
Shiz where you at?
I don't know if someone already shared it but :
"May 12th for Mutant Mudds and Risk of Rain on the 26th"

And no other releases for the month, according to another reply. I guess it's three games for May, as there are two different Mutand Mudds titles.
I think whichever company nabs The House in Fata Morgana, they're getting at least ten sales from me, because I'll bug the hell out of everyone I know to give it a shot.

Anyone in the UK (or Europe) who just ordered Ray Gigant received their game yet? My tracking is still showing 22 April in route to US export warehouse.
My copies were waiting for me when I got home on Saturday.Anyone in the UK (or Europe) who just ordered Ray Gigant received their game yet? My tracking is still showing 22 April in route to US export warehouse.
You and me both. I will buy it for every single person I know who owns a Vita, ha ha.
Oh man. Fingers crossed.
Doug RT'ed what you made of Fata Morgana so finger's crossed that it's that one.

I have 19 total. I'm kinda scared that one of my boxes missed one and the alternative Night Trap cover will be 20![]()
Would pay 80$ for clannad digital on vita. that much or a bit more for physical in english on vita.

Thanks, that's a good price but they don't seem to ship to where I live.
Will keep an eye on other sellers...
As previously mentioned on this page, Limited Run's Strafe variant is expected to release on May 19th although it could admittedly be delayed. They'll likely want to push out their copies shortly after Special Reserve begins putting their PS4 pre-orders in the mail on May 16th. If you're willing to brave their credit card-only system, SRG still has the console version open for pre-purchase.Hopefully they just release Strafe and Risk on the same day, don't want two single releases back to back, just combine them.
Somewhere within the bowels of this thread, I believe there was a series of tweets from the port team that acknowledged physical copies where coming for the Vita. When someone inquired whether LRG would be handling it, they simply replied with a smiling emoticon. Probably my most anticipated possibility from the entire Limited Run catalog since I suspect 8bit will obtain Thumper from their pre-established vinyl ties and House of Fata Morgana would be an incredible gain as well! Wish there was some way for Umineko to reach the West in a retail fashion, but it struggled even in its native country on the PS3 and PSP from my understanding.any chance @ VA-11 HALL-A now that it's been rated for Vita?
Nah, the Sega 32X/Yellow variant will be exclusive to the ticket redemption reward program. It will apparently be offered as part of the forty-ticket 'free game' tier meaning you'll have to obtain an entire physical copy to receive it. Both the original Sega CD/Blue and Illustrative/Red covers will be reversible.Wait, will the red Night Trap cover only available with the redemption of loyalty coupon/tickets? If so, oh noes.
From my recollection, the box-art always had a starry, dark background. Perhaps you're thinking about the white cover of the bundled soundtrack in its place?Just got my copy of Flinthook. Was there a last-minute box art change I missed hearing about? I could have sworn it looked different on the site when I placed my order - a lighter maybe white background instead of the dark black background I'm looking at now. Might just be my imagination though. In any case, I like the way it looks.![]()
I believe there was also another comment that blatantly stated physical copies of What Remains of Edith Finch were likely dropping courtesy of iam8bit, too.

Now that I've looked at your link, the box art for the game itself IS what I remember - but it looks purple in that pic and pitch black in person. Is it just me? I do like it though. From my recollection, the box-art always had a starry, dark background. Perhaps you're thinking about the white cover of the bundled soundtrack in its place?
How much is Special Reserve Games' p&p fees? 20 for Strafe sounds tempting but if it's another case of 15+ postages, I'm gonna have to pass.
