I agree with most of this except the stolen technique scene was funny because of King Kai
He personally taught him over a course of months, Goku didn't steal them. The other Z-Fighters could have learned them too if King Kai taught them.
So really wasn't funny. I would have been more funny if they lampshaded how King Kai didn't teach anyone else shit despite them being there longer than Goku.
They did the same thing with Tien, despite Tien never feeling like really won the 22nd World Martial Arts Tournament since Goku only lost because a trunk hit him. This is part of my problem with TFS rewriting the characters to make them 'funnier' when it really comes off as weird at times. Especially Goku not knowing where his techniques came from despite him always crediting his teachers and friends. And if they they were going there, they could at least mentioned the Monkey Fist, the technique that put a hole in King Piccolo's stomach. They could have gone to so many better places with that stolen technique joke without rewriting Goku's character.

Depends. Youtubers like Geekdom are dependable on news since they verify everything even if the news come late. The same with Rhymestyle to an extend and Geeklist.
I don't mind the Rose voice honestly now, it's grown on me. But the difference between the two if that's the route they're taking is just silly.
The only way I can rationlise it is Sean did the Goku Black lines earlier when they didn't have much to go on and SSJ Rose is what he'll sound like regularly and in SSJ Rose in the anime, just they didn't bother to re-record lines for Goku Black in Xenoverse 2 or didn't want to change it for DLC.

Gotta get those views man. I saw that image in a YouTube livesteam, counting down to the next episode. Why is that a thing. I'm glad there's some hype for Gohan but I feel like people are setting themselves for disappointment, thinking that Gohan will win the tournament. He'll get his moments for the tournament but I'm guessing it'll end with Goku being the last warrior.

I wouldn't be surprised if they go with the whole "Ultimate Form" was actually far more powerful than most thought in Z, and Buutenks more than anything was beating him mentally. The mind of Piccolo and his brother throwing him off. After all, its supposed to be Gohan's peak of potential - something Vegeta said to surpass everyone.
While nothing like that is ever stated or confirmed, I did get the idea that Gohan was having inner-conflict against Buutenks.

They probably will just take Freeza with the tournament without telling them the rules and when he kills someone he might just get erased by the Zenos
If Freeza manages to exist afterwards I fell like he'll just get sent back to hell again, for the 3rd time.

Nah, there's a filler scene where he taunts him about having Piccolo's knowledge. It was one of the bits of the battle removed from Kai.
Still, attempting to retcon Gohan's power doesn't work due to Super Buu (Gohan absorbed) being much weaker than Vegeto.

I got 3 exams back to back today, from 1 pm till 8 pm, the episode comes out at 8:30 pm so I'm hoping it'll be good as a reward for barely sleeping these past few days... Then again I might not even come back home after my exams, friends wanna party because midterms are over lol, I barely have any energy left.
