ahhh okay that makes sense. I guess I'm used to Blizzard's freebies always being bottom of the barrel. Example would be the weekly Tavern Brawl pack in Hearthstone being Basic packs only.

I got the game for a while but I'm really bad at it. I play it on ps4 and I have a hard time aiming, but I have a lot of fun with it anyways.

I never STOPPED playing, but I had been playing significantly less since like christmas, just enough to get what I wanted from the events. Ever since right around the end of uprising I've just been playing like non-stop, this game is still so god damnn good, never too late to return.

Comparing this game to Destiny boggles my mind considering Destiny actually gave you tons of content compared to overwatch and didn't do all this timed loot exclusive Bs. That's a comparison you'll lose 10/10 times. It's also amazing the community puts up with it here but are totally pitchforks over paid actual DLC in Destiny.

I guess the racing event qualified as timed but it was a long event and later in the games life. Besides that all major skins and gear could be had normally.

Nah one's a really fun team shooter with a ton of unlockable cosmetics while the other is a shitty Halo/Borderlands where the content dries up within weeks like every other MMO.
