You could hipfire in D1... it just wasnt worth it, D1 forced you to ADS if you wanted accuracy.

D2 hipfire is a tier improvement here

That felt exactly like a Destiny1 mission in a new engine and the boss fight was too easy and he never did anything interesting. This doesnt feel like a new game at all yet.
