Assuming the show is 1hr 30min, here are my long predictions. Tried to keep it fairly safe but throw some surprises in there too.
1. Scorpio opens, small vidoc trailer with developers talking about the power etc. Finally get a look at the system at the end of the trailer.
2. Phil Spencer walks out and talks about how Scorpio is the best place to play third-party games, native 4k focus etc. Doesn't reveal price, but does mention a number of first party games getting specific Scorpio treatment (4k upgrades), follows with a small sizzle reel of those games (FH3, ReCore, Gears 4, Halo 5 etc)
3. After the sizzle reel is finished, we get a Crackdown 3 story trailer with David Jones walking out afterwards. Talks about how they've implemented CD3's campaign without the destruction. Then we get a 5-10 min gameplay demo of CD3's Multiplayer, fully showcasing the destruction, the gang orientated missions, the weapons, the cars, & the customization (which will be added post-launch for free like GTA 5). He then announces a MP beta available now (playable for a week) and that CD3 launches November this year.
4. That brings us to the first 3rd party trailer for the conference, Middle of Earth; SOW. I think they'll try sprinkle the 3rd party stuff out in-between the first-party & other announcements.
5. Following this we have a new trailer for Sea of Thieves. Showcases more populated islands (with actual townships/shops etc), the Kraken, different weapons, ship customization etc. After the trailer, Rare studio head (Craig Duncan isn't it?) walks out. Talks about the feedback from the technical alphas, increased engagement from core alpha players, better gameplay loop etc. Announces that SOT will launch in early access (game preview) in early October. Full launch in 2018.
6. Now it's indie time. We get Chris Charla out from ID@Xbox. We get an extended gameplay look at Cuphead (5 mins) which he announces will launch in July. Also announces Below is on track for 2017 launch, Tacoma will launch in June, Ashen will launch in July and that PUBG is available later in June through gamepass. Walks off to a sizzle reel of indie titles coming to the platform in the future.
7. Following that we get the Mojang people out for about 5mins to showcase Minecraft Realms gameplay, also talk about the Win 10 version of Minecraft coming to Xbox.
8. It's 3rd party time again. This time it's AC Origins. A full gameplay trailer, followed by a scorpio bundle announce. The game will run native 4k/30fps on scorpio. Looks insanely good.
9. Then we get an all-new trailer for State of Decay 2, again followed by Undead Labs Studio Head coming out and showing off a gameplay demo with 3 others on stage (much like Forza Horizon 3 did last year). Showcases the bigger worlds of SOD2, 4 player co-op, survival & decision making aspects of the game. Coming mid-late August 2017.
10. Yay. More 3rd parties. This time it's the Madden 18 + Fifa 18 combo. B2B trailers.
(though not sure about Fifa anymore, supposedly Xbox has lost that deal, not that I really care). Both will get 4k scorpio versions.
11. Then we get a ReCore Definitive Edition announce trailer. Includes T8NK expansion, 4K support for Scorpio, big content update. Launches in early August.
12. Borderlands 3 is announced. Trailer showcasing typical BL humour, of course the guns, crazy vehicles etc. Quick look at a battle-royale style mode (like PUBG) that is timed-exclusive to Xbox (like COD DLC is for PS4). Coming 2018.
13. Shannon Loftis now walks out on to the stage. Talks first party issues; pledges to invest more in first-party. Says the next 20 minutes is full of cool announces
14. Then Bonnie Ross from 343 walks out. Talks about MCC feedback. Announces MCC is being 'relaunched'. New UI, MP completely reworked. New leveling system with cosmetic items in packs for all the games (like Halo 5). A few special skins as compensation for those who played a lot of MCC. Coming November 2017. HW2 expansion will be announced on the daily show (not a stage announce) MCC will be bundled with all Scorpios; talks about a potential PC Port are also present.
15. Straight after Halo we get a KI: Season 4 teaser. We got General RAAM as a playable character last E3 (or was 2015? I can't remember), no idea who it'll be this time. 2018 title
16. Then we get Thomas Mahler from Moon Studios out on the stage. He announces there next project, Ori 2. It's now a 3d platformer, will be a 2018 game. XPA title too.
17. Forza time. We get a Forza 7 announce trailer, coming lateish September 2017. Game looks insane, fully dynamic TOD/Weather, has a more race-driver esque career mode, 700+ cars, 35 tracks with Fujimi Kaido etc. Dan Greenawalt comes out and talks about the success of Forza this gen, building the racing community and how e-sports is gonna be a major feature of 7. Then announces a new FH3 car pack available now, focuses on cars from famous auto-motive people.
18. We get a tease of an unannounced 2018 project. Not sure what it is, could be from Capcom Vancouver, Studio Gobo, maybe a Japanese dev as a result of the Japan trip. Idk.
19. Phil Spencer returns to close the show. He talks about the vision for Scorpio, wanting it to appeal to gamers, more like the OG Xbox did. He then announces the O.G Xbox Classics program. Looks at bringing back a number of O.G Xbox titles back, some with up-res, some with just straight ports. All will have live support, MP, achievements etc like Phantom Dust. Developed by 3rd party studios like Code Mystics, maybe Sumo Digital etc. I think they'll have one of them available now (maybe Crimson Skies?) and they'll tease a bunch of titles for 2017/18. Midtown Madness 3, Otogi 1/2, Brute Force, PGR 2, maybe even 3rd party stuff like GTA SA/Vice City (like the PS4 has)
20. Then Spencer closes the show with Scorpio price = $399 and release date = Early September.
So that leaves the 2017 lineup with;
June: CD3 Beta, Tacoma, PUBG (game preview), OG Xbox Classic Program game, FH3 Car Pack, HW2 Expansion.
July: Cuphead, Ashen
August: Recore Definitive Edition (Early August), State of Decay 2 (Late August), O.G Xbox Classic Game
September: Scorpio (Early September, ready for Destiny 2, AC Origins, FM7 etc), Forza Motorsport 7 (Late September)
October: Sea of Thieves Early Access (early October), Crackdown 3 (Late October)
November: MCC Re-Launch, 2 O.G Xbox Classics Games.
Also here's a dream announce that'll never happen but ayy why not include it
- Then Dan G calls Rare Studio head to the stage. He talks about rare's 2nd project, which will come in 2018 and they're ready to tease. It's Xbox All-Stars Racing with Turn 10 on the handling model, rare on the art assets & production. Features 15 tracks (all xbox themed, like Albion from Fable etc) 16 different characters, (with more coming for free) 4 player local co-op, 16 player online racing & heaps of character/car customization that is unlocked through packs (like H5 reqs).
