I still remember that old thread with the 'leaks' about this movie being a disaster. Everyone, including myself, were expecting the worst because we were so used to DCEU screwing up.
I'm kinda in shock right now. We finally have a good one here. I really, really hope they can keep this going for JL and Aquaman.

Wonder Woman is A LOT of fun, but CG boss battle was bad. Ive seen CG game trailers from years ago with better sense of weight. It is one of the better super hero origin movies out there, certainly much better than most Marvel ones. Its humorous without dipping into quipping hell territory. Lots of heart and sometimes cheesy. Captain Kirk is charismatic and genuine.

Nice to read that its charming and lighthearted. Hope it succeeds at the Box Office.
Love the Nolan batman, but don't need all the films to be like that.
Edit: Who cast Gadot? Zack? looks like he made a great choice. Proved my skepticism wronged. Twice actually. Thought Ben was a questionable choice as Batman as well.

Let's not forget the producer of this movie
He was fully in charge of the DCEU while this movie was made so I do believe he gets some credit for sure.
He still has his family and he's still a multi-millionaire....

Very important to note. Wonder Woman is the only DCCU movie that isn't obsessed with hiring oscar winning ''talent" and was more about fitting the cast and writers/director TO the project instead of letting them ruin a character they know nothing of. (Chris Terrio,,,....Jared Leto....)

Sure, but speaking as someone who has seen the film, it's not going to be a disaster. The film is legit good.
As much as I want Snyder to come out with a good film- especially after what all he's been through this year- I'm still pretty damn skeptical that Justice League is gonna be as good as Wonder Woman.
