Pan is on track for that role in Super. She could fly and breathe in space before she could even walk. At this rate she'll be Super Saiyan before she's potty trained.

i was telling a friend the other day how i honestly think that pan has potential to be the strongest in uni7 just because of what you pointed out.

I'm going to have a hard time believing any of them match up with Goku and Vegeta. I have a hard time believing any one with match up with Goku.

Everyone please pray for Cabba.

Keep in mind every saiyan in U6 that we've seen, has a strong base form. Except Kale, but we don't know how LSSJ works, it's clearly not a multiplier.

Even if they can't go toe to toe with Blue, they should be strong enough to force them into Blue, which is still an achievement, especially in a Battle Royale.

I like the three Saiyan characters, and I think that they could have some very interesting dynamics. I don' t just mean romcom or love triangle stuff, you have the "siblinghood" of Cauli and Kale, Cabba sort of being thrust into a leadership role due to his auspicious run-in with vegeta, who took a liking to him. You have Cauli's prodigy level potential, and of course Kale's loose cannon with her "Broly" trigger. I really hope we eventually get to see some Saiyan U6 interaction.

The specific scene in the episode though was kinda bland for the content it had.

Why do I feel like Frieza is going to see Zeno and say something incredibly stupid? I'll love every second of what comes after if he does.

Frieza: Who is this Zeno guy?
Goku: Two child like people the Gods obey, who aren't really that threatening if you know how to talk to them.
Frieza: Interesting. Hey what's the button in your hand?
Goku: Summons Zeno when I press it.
Frieza: Even more interesting.

Hey, Cabba's cool! Let's not mention him with the likes of Yamcha!
I actually don't mind Cabba but I'm with Kagari on this one.

Plus right now I'm just having fun as we have had several powerful women show up then get with a guy and get gutted of character and I would love to have Kale and Caulifa avoid this and for once have a gay character in Dragon Ball given we do have a decent amount of either direct or implied straight relationships.

Did you forget how he reacted when he saw Beerus on the battlefield? He has a huge respect for authority like Vegeta surprisingly.

Its funny how Shin used to say that the Supreme Kais were more powerful than Frieza and could beat him in a few blows but now Golden Frieza would kick all their asses.

They're potentially interesting characters, but it's all utilized poorly. It feels like they're rushing to introduce them, including getting their Super Saiyan form out of the way.

Seeing how Kale is unpredictable and triggered by anger, it would have made more sense to, you know, not immediately blow that. Have something unexpected come up, or have Cabba and Caulifla's interactions build until Kale explodes.

Caulifla being a Goku-style genius fighter is neat, but it would be more interesting if she actually figured it out from fighting - or even just training with Cabba - and mimicking his Super Saiyan method. Having the characters just sit around chatting and unlocking Super Saiyan that way makes it seem like such a non-event.

I'm thinking that the survival match should have been much longer - like, maybe a week of everyone trapped in an abandoned city and searching for opponents or something - and more of this development should have happened during that. Or maybe the survival match will be so fast paced and there'll be so many things going on that there won't be any time for that. I dunno.

He managed to not piss off Beerus, he knows how to fake being cordial.

My dreams crushed before they even began. Why do you all have to be right? Lmao

This explains my feelings about those characters exactly. Kind of wish they did an arc before this where U6 got a decent chunk of development or so. Now they're scrambling to fit so much in so little time.

Which has a lot to do with why I was hoping this tournament was held off for a few arcs in the first place tbh. I didn't initially want this arc to come around for a whiiillee

If Frieza finds a weakness in Zeno, he'll take advantage of it. He knows Beerus because of his father. He most likely doesn't know Zeno, and will get most of his information from teh one guy who doesn't take Zeno seriously.

Frieza will definitely fuck with Zeno at some point, especially when he sees Goku give him Zeno a hug or something. Beerus was different.

I wonder what will happen when Freeza meets Frost.

They clearly don't want to move on from the established cast though, which is why there's no time skip. So, giving a lot of focus to U6 characters was always out of question too. I think the real mistake here, considering that, is how they're attempting to give them all this growth on screen, in spite of their small screentime, rather than just revealing them almost ready for the tournament.

So, rather than contacting Caulifla one day before the tournament, she should have been introduced as someone who had been training with Cabba since he returned with SSJ and had SSJ herself already. They could keep her first transformation scene as a flashback in order to showcase her genius.

It will be interesting to see how Freeza reacts to the Gods and other universes in general considering how much of his pride is from being the supposedly strongest being in the universe.

That isn't going to mean much when there's twelve of them. I look forward to see how his ego handles it.

The way I see it, the event will be Vegeta and Goku's reaction to seeing Team Saiyan moreso than anything those characters themselves actually do.

I predict that Kale will be undone by the fact she's always out of control.

I think at this point we need to assume that Shin was talking from his ass during the Buu Saga. His youth and inexperience led him to be arrogant about his power, only to be floored by super saiyans and everything else. Dude doesn't even know any of his 28 planets intimately.

Frieza was probably the only mortal he could even name before he met Goku & Friends.

Wait a minute...

  • Hangs out in a wasteland
  • One of the first friends (from U6) that Goku makes
  • First seen hanging out with a flying fat cat
  • 100% on screen loss record
  • Hopelessly outmatched by his companions and rivals
  • Declares this is the moment for everyone to watch him, only to get humiliated (by Yamcha no less!)

Is Cabba the universe twin of Yamcha?

I laughed hard for some reason when Frieza was spinning in his cacoon.

Also liked that we saw Yemma and that Egypt area from OG Dragonball. Good to see Toei still remembers the mystical origins of the series.

Cell is probably not even in Hell because he's a creation

He might've been purified already, actually. It seems the purpose of Hell is to purify evil sells, rather than punish them.

Cell isn't nearly as evil or fucked up as Freeza is. He just wanted to be stronger, and to do that he had to absorb and kill people. Cell isn't even as bad as Vegeta was.

My guess is that the soul gets purified and sometimes reborn as a new life. So Cell might already be reborn as someone else on Earth or another planet (or still in Heaven somewhere). Boo probably got purified so fast because he was pretty much the Dragonball equivalent of an eldritch horror aka he's more of a force of nature rather than pure evil intent.

Cell killing people makes him just as bad.
