I can't even think of a zombie/zombie-like game that made me hype since the PS2 days other than TLOU.

I understand that lol, but that's not the point, the point is that because it can't impress you you think it will get a 75 in metacritic, when that would be reason enough not to impress you...i.e, if it getd a 75 it won't impress me either

I'm also very interested to see if Sony gives us another classic adventure game remaster. They're really been great to this point, id love to see more. Perhaps Monkey Island?

I believe that the new direction with Marvel games started with Bill Roseman getting hired there. I just checked his Linken, and he started working there Nov. 2014. There is no way that development started on Spider-Man prior to Jan 2015, I would go as far as to assume that it may not have really gotten going until around E3 2015 at the earliest. I think that game is going to need 3 years to cook even with a big team. I say July 2018.

I don't think he'll be involved with bringing back an old dormant franchise, and I don't think he's on the two fighting games, nor do I see him working on RE. Maybe the Monster Hunter rumors are true with Itsuno on the console version and the MH team on the Switch version.
