Same feeling for me. Although I totally understand the target market in mind for those who don't want to mess with or invest in a gaming PC and just want to play lots of solid games (arguably​ mostly third party) on a powerful console. Will just have to wait and see how many will buy into that given the price point.

Yup. At first glance, the S looks smaller, but I think that's due to that bottom bit of the console. If you look closely, the X is actually smaller.

Yep. Them putting Gears 4 and Horizon 3 on PC last year was pretty much the nail in the coffin for me ever buying an Xbox again.
Maybe I'm in the minority but Anthem looked really uninteresting, I'll have to see more before making full judgement.

MS coming at at $100 more expensive pretty much seals for Sony that they can leave the Pro price as is for now. I could imagine some Fall bundles (Star Wars? GT Sport?) though.

As someone who doesn't own an Xbox, but a gaming PC this conference was alright. I wasn't planning on buying a new console anyways, so the price of the One X is irrelevant for me. I like the look of Sea of Thieves. And that Dragonball game looks gorgeous.

Sure, but lowering your profits for a needless E3 pop is not something I'd expect. Then again, I'm not entirely sure if the Pro is meeting their expectations, so maybe an early price drop is in the cards.
