The launch line up for switch was the only thing she was accurate on, so that's 1 bad piece of info in a sea of good info + info we can't say is true or false

Alright how about Pokemon Stars. BOTW having a demo, claiming that the Switch wasn't region free, Odyssey being playable at the Switch press January event, Miiverse returning, analogue joycon triggers, wii remote support, and GOTG being avalabille on Switch? Also the price and release date. And for the record all these claims are in her AMA except the GOTG one I believe.

Ubisoft kind of had to do something online with this game. They make bank with their online games and with how long it's taken for this to get to this point, they probably want to make sure as many people are interested in this as possible. What matter most is this:

Maybe it's good it's so different.

I played BGAE, never finished it. Thought it was ok but I've never held onto it and not to the level of people who have been screaming for one this long. This one feels so different at first that I don't even feel a connection to that first game.

I never thought it would be a prequel. That trailer was great for style.

Agreed, feels ok in something like Far Cry but totally unnecessary here. Should have no swearing or just damn/hell/ass. Feels really out of place to have a fantastical stylized world where everyone says fuck all the time. It would feel less out of place if BG&E 1 hadn't been a pretty tame game, and if Michel Ancel didn't have a reputation for family-friendly stuff.

Feels like they should have gone for a T rating, not sure why they'd want to unnecessarily push it into M territory. But it's not my game, so who knows. Hopefully they do something interesting with the freedom to include more adult content and violence.
