Either Phil is really genuine, or Phil really knows how to do "really genuine". Either way he's pretty good at what he does. The way he steers that interview into VR on his terms by bringing up Lucky's Tale was pretty brilliant. He knew Jeff would go there eventually, but he led him there. Jeff is an amazing interviewer, but Phil might be a better interviewee.

That's what I always "feel" when I hear him, I know it's dumb of my part, but I "feel" he's always in PR mode trying to sound genuine, great interview nonetheless.

Personal opinion, but if MS was winning Minecraft wouldn't even be on other platforms anymore.

Come on. At the end of the day MS is "winning". Sony might be selling more video game consoles, but they are nowhere near the behemoth Microsoft is. If MS decided to stop selling XBOX's tomorrow, they would still sell Minecraft on other platforms.
