I remember when this same thing happened with COD: BO2 and people cried fake, but a couple of weeks later it was officially announced and added to BC.
I too would love this as I own several XBLIG and would like them not to be forgotten

Multiplayer servers were supposed to go down in December, but I believe that it never did. People are still unlocking the multiplayer achievements on TrueAchievements.

Never played it despite playing the others. Gona have to stop at GameStop on the way home now
Edit: not even trolling but I found my copy of Bolt during the GameStop trade in deal a few weeks back and kept it since I only was missing a handful of achievements and hoped it would go BC...lol

Great news. I bought the GOTY a while ago.
So, this game is on 2 discs. But on Xbox 360, you can only install Disc 1. Does this mean that Disc 2 is now available to install on Xbox 360 as well?
