unlike the others, I dont see him being just a npc. In that case you could say the same for Venom.
He's not important enough to be a npc, or a boss, and his style is easy to put in a fighting game.

Knife shit, machine gun ranged moves, that disc mine thing from the movie, and for example in Marvel Heroes, he has some sweet shockwave style stuff with his arm.
i would like him to be like Alex versatile grappler. His lvl 3 can be he goes berserk kind of like Jills mad beast lvl 3.

The fact that they would use a Venom cover is just so dumb if he's not in the game that he is pretty much guaranteed to be base or DLC.

Covers art are tied to the characters in the game but maybe the actual titles are tied to who we might be seeing in story mode.

This is MvC DNA and I hope they are putting this mentality into the final product. A lot of the characters are looking like fun so I'm hopeful. Hoping that "cinematic" doesn't mean sacrifice nonsense because it really should be about zaniness and fun ultimately.

Outside of the training room, I could see a Fetus of God/Dark Dimension merged stage. That would be cool. I'm also expecting Ultron-Sigma to have a stage like every other final boss throughout the series.

It'd be hilarious if 2 of the slots (and a two character team for those who pick it) were taken up by Ultron-Sigma. A surprise that would hopefully be worthy of Gill gauntlets aka busted character for you to pick and whoop friends with ala Gill from 3s.

At least the London theme in CvS2 is catchy enough to be enjoyable for the first 2 minutes before you get sick of it. That's another meme-tier theme everybody pretends is good.
