You only import appearance. No need to import if you want a new face.

No customization for imported characters, and imports are only available for the platform they originated.

You can make a new Guardian and still reap the Veteran rewards, but you'll lost out on the Guardian since <date> on the login screen.

If you made a super fugly Guardian I'd just re-do them considering all the cutscenes in D2, who knows how much you'll stare at that mug

We can't? I am happy with all 3 of mine and wouldn't be bummed about not customizing, but it would be disappointing to me if when we import a D1 character face it is locked from further editing.

Though consisting how limited the character creator was it wouldn't take me more than 30 seconds for me to recreate my characters and the tweak of there is anything new in the CC.

I was literally talking to someone about this today at a pub, we're both getting D2 and was hoping ICBM stuff didn't go down before at least the Raid dropped.
