For what it's worth, to those waiting on physical copies. I bought physical D1 and without any doubt it became one huge pain in the ass. The thousands of times over the past 3 years that I fired up Destiny I had to be sure the disc was loaded. I had to get a disc version twice due to reasons lol.

Exactly the same, I just paused the BF1 update (it's around 10gb I believe).

Damn. The only 2 things I never did in D1 was Trials Lighthouse and Wrath of the Machine. Now I'm wishing I spent more time in D1 to achieve those milestones. Oh well.

Woke up early today. My plan is to wake up real early, get all my stuff done, then take a power nap around 4. I will have ordered a pizza to be picked up at 8:30, so I will wake up at 8:20ish, grab the pizza, chow down while watching D2 vids, and at 9 I'm ready to lose my life to D2.

I haven't been this excited for a sequel since H3

than we are not looking at the same game..it seems that destiny is not for you....and we already knew its the same enemies since the first reveal, but to each their own.

This is propably true. I had not played any MMO-games before Destiny. The endless grinding got to me fast, burned myself out.

And yes, vanilla-Destiny could be played thoroughly through in a week. I could check my total time with Destiny 1 from somewhere propably.

The game is amazing for those who love amazing shooting mechanics and co-op. I just hated the grinding and I still hate it.
