Destiny 2 |OT| Here We Go Again

I was going to keep mine but I was listening to Guardian Radio and they mentioned an Exo Titan and I was like oh shit

I should hopefully be importing (not sure I took them all through Black Garden because of the Auto Levels from the Expansions):

XBO
Female Exo Hunter
Female Awoken Titan
Female Human Warlock

PS4
Male Human Titan
Male Exo Warlock
Male Awoken Hunter

My "primaries" (aka the coolest looking brehs) are the XBO Warlock and the PS4 Titan so I might have to replace my Awoken Brienne with an Exo.

But I don't wanna!!!

Is there any good breakdown of exactly how Destiny 2 loot works? Where these "mods" that you get from the bright engrams go? How gear "levels up"? What all the currencies are and used for? etc?
 
By the time I read through a page of posts in here, there are already two new pages...

Now that some are out there playing, do we now know if the campaign missions utilize parts of the overworld like in Destiny 1 or are there specific areas set aside only for campaign? Or did they create spaces specifically for campaign and nothing else?
 
Oh how nice, my boss with the surprise vacation this week. So much for taking tomorrow off to play the hell out of this. Oh well...
 
I would have kept mine but they are monsters, created in a hurry. Lol

Mentioned this before as did Hawkian... but maybe it needs to be added to the OP.

Spoilers are inevitable in this thread, no matter what anyone says or enforces I promise you that you will be spoiled if you read this thread.

What some might consider to not be a spoiler, will be a spoiler for others. Hype levels are insane, and we are moving at light speed here, it's impossible to avoid something being spoiled.

If you don't want to be spoiled, then it's best to stay out of this thread for at least a couple of days until the insanity has died down.
 
What's the difference between Armor Skins/Weapon Ornaments and Shaders?

Are they all consumable, or just shaders?
 
I'm kind of warming to this idea that in my headcannon I only had one D1 character on each platform survive the attack in the Tower. That way I'll reroll two new characters each. Oh I like this.

It's something people say when they personally don't care about knowing something that was purposefully kept secret and because of that, anyone who does care is wrong.

Really, it's very minor. But Bungie specifically said they had something in the game for D1 players that they wanted to keep secret until the game was played.

That was supposed to be a surprise.

It's over and done with now but let's not shame people for being upset.
 
Can you edit your appearance?
If not, are the veterans rewards tied to your account, or the character? Cause I'm wondering if I can just delete the character and make a new one and still get the rewards from d1.

Can't wait to start playing tomorrow! Played through the D1 story with a mate on PS4, but never really found the time to really dig into it. That's gonna change with D2!

Will be playing every evening from around 7PM CEST - but really need some people to play with!

It is like a reunion lol good way of describing it. Excited for all of the new players to join in! Maybe we could get the old VoGHMF group back together. Certainly won't be the same without Drizzay but it would be fun I'm sure.

Dang that stinks. Everyone I played with was pretty fantastic. Good way to spend a night off that's for sure. I'm sure it'll be a better experience for you this time around! Add me as a friend.

You can only edit your appearance if you make a new character but rewards are tied to your account.

I really don't think that's all they have on store. Maybe so, but I really think that there may be something else. Idk.

Yeah I remember playing with Thing and teaming up on XBO with some....interesting players.

But there's way more Things out there in DGAF than assorted weirdos
 
Seriously, it's been three full days since I sent my receipt pic in.

I'm getting a bit worried this Pop Tarts promotion will be a disaster.
 
Is there any perk to buying this on XB1 where I played Destiny as in any rewards for owning it, or am I not missing out on anything? Planning to buy and play on PC only.

Lol luckily I can't remember names, but there was one guy who was always around who like FUCKING INTENSE and he'd get super mad if/when we couldn't hang at his level.

But most everyone is more like your EricWK type. Dude is a total master but still is the chilliest dude even if you're like seven billion skill levels below him.
 
Welp, looks like Bungie is continuing the trend of the radiant treasures in the form of bright engrams to have a chance at things like table flip and exotic shaders
