Because he's asking for it to look like water. Yes it's low poly but we seriously can't just accept that it's not water at all? Like there's other reasons that it looks odd due to it not being water, the low poly doesn't do it favours but it lacks transparency etc for a reason.

I think by water he just meant the ocean in general. Oceans also don't have any transparency? IMO it looks like water. If it was methane there would be ice everywhere because it is raining throughout the level. Do you guys know there's also no flowers on Venus.

Where this falls apart is Cassini proved waves on Titan and they’re milimeters high.

But hey, space magic.

If we're doing this, the gravity change via the traveler would have also impacted the amplitude of the waves for sure

Yeah, I wasn't impressed with some stuff, but I did find the actual playable areas on Titan to be quite compelling, reminded me of a horror show, like aliens or something, the way it was presented. Looking at those PS2 rendered boats, floating out in that methane sea didnt do much for me either.

It did take a bit but I soloed all the missions by myself. If you have played D! this is carbon copy same as far as story objectives and difficulty go.

The way the buildings are designed look like they didn't have to worry about a 99% nitrogen atmosphere. So obviously the traveler must have introduced water and oxygen to Titan like all the other planets. So it couldn't possible be methane because the traveler terraformed all the planets

Is this game like Division and Borderlands?

Is it more PVE focused or PVP focused? I read Bungie is trying to encourage PVP whereas Destiny 1 was more PVE oriented. I really hated the Dark Zone in Division and how carebear players like me are forced to engage in PVP to get better gear.

Definitely a heavy PvE focus here. So much more to do and it's completely overhauled compared to the first game. Haven't even touched PvP yet.

Interesting, I don't really know about the actual atmosphere of titan so the concept of "freezing rain" seemed off. I'd assumed that rain was supposed to be of the same compounds as the lakes/oceans and likely not freeze.

After further research since I have still another hour before work lets out, I've decided to stay as a Titan since I've already put in a few hours of work and don't want to redo everything even though looking online, the armor for the other two classes are way more interesting. So in the eight hours I've worked today, I've decided on each character only to settle on my first choice that I began with. I'm going to be too exhausted to play by the time I get home from all this decision making.
