Well...I'm pissed.
I preorder a standard edition X1 copy of D2 in March. It's clear Amazon had some issues and ended up shipping the game out on the evening of the 5th, with an arrival date of Sept 6. It's now the evening of the 7th and both the postal company and Amazon are not able to give me an update on the package, saying that it should have been delivered by now.
The tracking information has also not updated for over 24 hours and still says "in transit."
Amazon says they can give me a refund which is great, except for the fact that I saved $30 through them and given the delay I now cannot receive the pre-order bonus if I order from another retailer.
Wanted to vent but also ask if anyone had any suggestions. Located in Canada.
