Not surprising, it's clockwork just like any video or person on twitter that is remotely critical of anything videogame related. And people wonder why the gaming community is so looked down on and considered toxic - they can't even say "this is bad this needs to stop" when it's right in front of their face whether it's misogyny, racism, bigotry or just a constant stream of angst and anger that most people left on playgrounds. It's simple - address the issues and do something. But they'll just carry on with slurs and rape jokes.
Shit, those are the same that want to have videogames considered "art" and in the same breath as literature and film. Grow the fuck up, have a conversation and then we'll talk about the artistic relevance of videogames, until then it's just a hobby and toy and there's no better proof of that when the post popular gaming channel utters "n*****" like it's no big deal just like every single gamer I've played against online throws out every insult there is. They never will, though - gamers are stuck behind their walls and always want to be angry 14 years old even when they're 40.
