Was there a court ruling on the police forcing you to unlock the phone with your fingerprint? I believe there was, but can't remember.

This is not good for security.

this has already been answered NUMEROUS times in the past 10 minutes.

you press lock 5 times on any iOS 11 device and it disables all unlocking except passcode.

The front of this phone is really one of the most inelegant mobile designs I've seen in years. There's still some bezel and the black bar up top is really distracting.

Depends.

This is wider than 16:9, right, but thanks to OLED and it's perfect black levels any black bars on the left and right should blend right into the frame (at least the black model).

It should still look OK unless you stretch it or zoom to fill the display.

Took them a while to catch up the Samsung Galaxy Edge...they def. seem very happy about that - cant blame them.

Apple cant even force a true RGB oled.

Samsung already have superb color accuracy and super bright OLED last year.

Yep. When I had my Galaxy Nexus, I was hyped as hell for facial unlocking until I realized I was too dark for it to ever work.

That was one of my top worries about anything with face. I hope it does work well on dark skin otherwise meh.
