I'm still on-board. I accepted the no TouchID thing long ago when it became clear it wasn't happening. Don't love the notch, but I think the OLED display makes up the difference for me.

The way it is now? leaning back in my office chair getting stuff done. text message pops up.. hit the fingerprint sensor from screen off, phone is unlocked and on instantly, go to the text and read it without lifting it up from the table.

the way face id works is just going to take some time to get used to.
