-Super Mario Maker 2
-RE4 HD
-The Disney Afternoon Collection
-Retro's new game revealed/teased
-VC reveal and details
-Super Mario Odyssey (new details and worlds revealed)
 
People asking for Capcom games? really? Like they keep announcing games for everything except switch....i think you guys should give up on them....

Tokyo Mirage Sessions 2.

Focuses on the Sport Industry instead of entertainment.

Set up is MC supporting main girl to be the best tennis player or something, while MC decides on which sport he should get into.

Remaining cast focuses on different sports. All Mirages are from Fate.

Personally I find weird that we get tons of indie success stories and yet Capcom won't release Disney Afternoon or Megaman collection.
Seems like a huge wasted opportunity but oh well, their loss.

Revelations 1&2 for Switch is encouraging and they seem pleased with the sales of USF2, so anything's possible I guess. Switch is doing well, so maybe they'll wake up and start putting more content on there.

Capcom have been releasing tons of games on Xbox and PC and Square Enix have actually been one of the most on-board third-parties when it comes to Switch. I just can't believe that Monster Hunter on 3DS has been their main breadwinner for the past 5 years and yet they completely wrote off the Switch. Even by their standards it's an insane miscalculation of the gaming landscape.
 
Wow, pre-direct threads are insane. I'm caught up in the hype as well. I'm a simple person, so I'll be satisfied with a XC2 release date and some more Odyssey footage.

Luigi's Mansion is definitely one of my favorite games Nintendo has ever made. It's an extremely precious game to me.

Dark Moon didn't go the direction I wanted it to go, but I'm glad that game was successful, because that means a third game might be more up my alley.

Yea, I'm really only expecting release dates for the game we know so I can be pleasantly surprised if we get more. To be honest, I'm not going to have enough time to play all the games releasing on Switch this year as it is and my wishlist keeps growing. The first year library has blowed my expectations away already.

"And You" "When you say that we are going to suffer what do you mean?" "Perfect question and timing, what that means is that we have to go. This building behind us is also a rocket that will take us away while you are here... on Earth... While it cracks like an egg... Well bye then!" The scientists walk to building where large hydraulic doors open and close. For a brief glimpse inside I can see what resembles one of those impromptu volley ball games light beer commercials convince you happen all the time. For a second I am Jealous but I see NDT without a shirt and think. Nah, they can keep their Lim-o-rita's. The last thing the cameras capture is a shuttle lift off with the Amazon logo on the outside. I'd probably think I should complain to customer service but I wont have the time.

Then Id sit on the closest steps I could find just thinking. I have no idea what thoughts I would have. Is the earth crack close? The scientists seemed to be in a hurry to leave so its probably cracking pretty fast but I mean. How would you even quantify the speed of cracking earth. Id think about not seeing my family wife or son again. Wonder if I lived whats considered a "good life" if I am a "good person" when all is said and done. Id look around. There would probably be a massive amount of crime and I would just wonder "But... why?" Then I would wonder once whatever physical reaction that happens when a planet cracks what will it be like. When I die of what ever it would be that killed me is there a God. What would he/she/it be like, what an intriguing thought I may meet God today if there is one. I don't think there is but I will know for certain. After the preceding events and thoughts that would shake me to my core.

And then I would sit and wait. I would try to clear my mind of everything. It would be clear. I would be at Peace. But I have always been a bit of a devious prankster and at the very center of my calm inner being it would still fire one neuron of a memory into my brain.

And it would be this. " Remember when you were thinking about that kid that was going to be "shook to his core" by some mostly primary color half plant half animal things that are completely and utter useless by themselves and get eaten by frogs and shit."

Breathe in hold, push out the stress.

"Did you realize in the most absurd way you wrote a post about being shook to your core and in that same post the planet was kind of shook to its core too?"

A smirk and a slight chuckle. "I'll miss you brain"

Pretty much. I'm interested in the idea of a Luigi's Mansion 3, but less so if it ends up being similar to Dark Moon.
 
Not going to happen, but if there's one port I'd love to see it's Xenoblade Chronicles X. I want to replay it on a console that's actually plugged into my TV.

I remember that Emily Rogers speculated that it was a possible, but that was a long time ago.

Dark Moon was still fucking charming and cute. And I know it helped a little boy with his fears.

It could have been better, but it still worked more than fine for me.

Anyway...

Destiny has been so consuming I sort of missed this, at least I didn't let it sink in. VERY excited man.

For me, I'd really like to see Persona 5 Rouge or what never is ends up being announced as a Switch game. Love, love, love Persona 5 and if they work out some story kinks and get this thing portable... oh man.

I think I've seen enough and will be trying to avoid the majority of Odyssey news moving forward. I understand they have to show something but I've seen enough to know it's a day one pick up and want to be surprised.
 
Luigi's Mansion is perfect for split JoyCon.

Control Luigi with the left JoyCon. Use the IR pointer on the right JoyCon to aim the Flashlight and Vaccum. HD Rumble for ghost busting.
 
i only played dark moon last year and i was blown away. the ghost dog is the best thing of all time. I love it more than the original. What is people's complaints about the game?

But does it need to be E3 if it is an "enhanced port?" That's why some believe that should "Smash for Switch" be "Smash 4.5" then it would make sense to either announce the game separate from their other competitive games (would have undermined the other competitive games at E3 if Smash for Switch was announced then), or otherwise announce the game at a time when they least expect it.

Definitely would catch people off guard should say... It was announced tomorrow. Or at TGS. Or at the One year Anniversary of the Switch's Announcement or launch.

...

Wishful thinking. It isn't like I'm going to lose faith in Nintendo if it doesn't happen since we know it isn't a matter of if, only when.

For the better I hope. I like me some directs just as much as the next guy but they really shouldn't be among the most important parts of one's life.
