Launch the Xbox Insider Hub on your Xbox One console.
Navigate to Insider content > Dragon Ball FighterZ.
Select Join.
This will navigate to the Store and allow you to install the game in preparation for the Closed Beta weekend.

It's a closed beta. They can get anyone they want in. They're probably selecting insiders because insiders already tend to send feedback back to microsoft and they're looking for people who do that instead of thinking closed betas mean "early access for lucky people" (vide path of exile)

Honestly, people have only downloaded the insiders programs just for this and they still got in with little to no complications. Seems rather ironic how the PS4 was a coin flip but for Xbox, they basically are passing it out like hotcakes.

I know that when I found out about the Insider program myself a month or so ago, I got in and start to do what I could in order to better my chances when the DBFZ beta would start. We'll see how it varies for everyone, but for now, it seems that this will be getting everyone's attention for the weekend.

I downloaded this earlier. Not ever been part of the Xbox insiders thing, literally just grabbed the app from the Xbox store and selected the DBFZ beta and downloaded no issue.

Yeah, fuck those guys that tirelessly test broken software for my benefit and their only gain thus far has been the priviledge to test like 3-4 potentially busted games as well in the entire time Xbox Insiders has been a thing. Fuck 'em.

Took me a good 15 minutes to download the 30MB app (and my internet was fine), then I had to try 3 times before it finally opened.
