Not for a music festival. Larger ones can push 70-100k across all stages. This happening during a headline act is an absolute worst case scenario though, as the crowd is packed in and slow to react.
The death toll is in the title as well as the number injured. They have been confirmed by the LVPD.
Just let the police do their job. I'm sure in the next twelve hours we'll know for sure who fired what from where. No need to pour gasoline in the fire with assumptions and guess work

Yeah, surely even if you are pro guns you have to accept that if you live in a country where guns are so easily acquired (and you actively try to ensure theres basically no safeguards to stop mentally ill and others from gaining access)... you simply have to accept that you just may get gunned down in public with no warning, its simply part of the, I suppose you can call it the risk/reward equation.
You allow guns so easily, you have to accept responsibility for the fact that nutcases will use them more than they ever can in other countries where gun ownership is more tightly controlled or not even a thing outside of farmers and people who genuinely need them. Nobody, NOBODY needs fucking military grade weapons that unleash hails of bullets. Its madness, but then thats America.

They will absolutely climb... unfortunately. 20+ deaths and 100+ injured are just what they're able to count now, while still trying to sort out the panic. Lots of people probably haven't either made it to the hospital yet, or haven't been accounted for.

I'd be curious to see the stats on people that own these weapons before planning these awful crimes as opposed to people who steal or buy them spur of the moment. I highly suspect it's mostly the former, if so, how do you even prevent these with tighter regulation?
I mean even banning automatic weapons is not a silver bullet, isn't it relatively easy for a determined person to modify a semi into full auto?

She is/was Married to a man in Arkansas but she is living with another man in Nevada. The police referenced roommate so it seems likely it would not be the man in Arkansas. Unfortunately its one big shitshow on social media now throwing around all sorts of crap
