Y'all I called my senators local office and I had this whole speech prepared and at the end the girl is like "ok I'll let him know your thoughts". Did I fuck up? Was there something specific that I needed to say? I feel totally blown off.

That’s really all they usually say. I’ll email sometimes and typically get a response of some sort back. When enough people contact them, you sometimes she shit get done.
