You sure?
Again a risk. Why do you think several people are going out any buying guns? They fear tighter gun laws.
Of course the track record on gun laws lately has been that nothing will happen. But still the fear is there.
You sure?
Guaranteed he didn't have those legally here either.
You can technically own an auto weapon in a very specific set of circumstances but it is very rare.
He most likely modified semi auto ARs.
Nevada does not prohibit the transfer or possession of assault weapons, 50 caliber rifles or large capacity ammunition magazines. Local law enforcement issues concealed handgun licenses. Open carry is legal without a permit.
you would think that fancy user would value their safety more.
The whitewashing begins
There are no balconies in Vegas to prevent suicides. He broke the windows somehow
I have heard of them but know nobody who actually wants one and I am around avid shooters all the time in Texas. I go shooting for accuracy at range not wasting ammo like a moron. Hitting a 6 inch target at 200 yards standing is my game.
Ban them I say.
How expensive are the tools to do the stamping? I certainly couldn't do it and I am an enthusiast.
Has this been posted yet?

Fancy hotels wouldn't be fancy if they had metal detectors.
Las Vegas massacre has "hallmarks of being scripted by deep state Democrats and their Islamic allies ~ Worthless shitstain, Alex Jones
What a nonsense statement.
Boring. You both need to remember how this would have been framed had this been a PoC behind that trigger. There'd be no personal accounts of said person dominating the media cycle.I don't know if personal accounts are whitewashing. Reminds of serial killer talk, where personal associates always say the suspect was friendly and congenial. We do know whatever past behavior he is a monster today.
Its being widely reported. And CNN covered it 20 minutes ago.Let's wait for a better source than the NY Post.
The first reply there is spot on though.
I am a bit surprised by how much emphasis is put on the lack of metal detector in the hotel, it would be very possible to do the same shooting from an high rise appartment, would all high rise appartment need metal detector? would I need to get myself checked each time I come back home from the groceries or work?

Any politician that has written or said thoughts and prayers can go shove the statement up their ass. I am so sick and tired of reading their prepared responses instead of them actually doing anything meaningful.
😔 it will only rise.Updated casualty numbers.

Fair enough. I guess I'm half-moron, as I enjoy both for different reasons. I don't think the ATF will ban them, but I do think they'll put them on the NFA registry (same as suppressors, SBRs, etc.)
Dude, Fuck TMZ. What's the point of the article.

Meanwhile, many of them will continue to collect their paychecks as they continue to enable massacres to happen.
Just another day in gun toting America.
Let's wait for a better source than the NY Post.
It is. PoC also have neighbors, and PoC that are interviewed after an attack also claim the same things their White counterparts do regarding the assailant. Yet, you don't see how "shocking" it is that a PoC committed a crime, rather, you see headlines proclaiming that it was expectedMost serial killers look like normal people to their neighbors. Even the guy's brother didn't suspect a thing. The media reporting this is not whitewashing.
I've used and own one. Only used it once and got bored of it. As you say, it's a waste of ammo as well as uncomfortable and inaccurate. It serves no purpose but to spray and pray 'for fun'. Banning them might be a little complicated actually. There are more than just bump fire stocks, but special gloves that do the same, as well as quick pull triggers like Tac Con, which are much more dependable and are comfortable. It's a whole class of weapons practically.
Could they not add to the law something like, "blah blah and any device that is added to the gun that attempts to simulate full auto fire is also banned." ?
I know this is slightly off topic but do we know how much ammo/munitions this guy had ? Even in open carry states .. isn't there any kind of red flag or something if someone is hoarding enough ammo to injure 500 people ?
Why should politicians do something that the public doesn't want. While politicians are bad, they are just a reflection of the people who elect them.

Pretty sure the majority of americans are actually for sensible gun laws.
Pulling the trigger really fast is an attempt to simulate full auto.

Indeed. When a white man deliberately drove towards Muslims leaving a mosque in London recently, it was quickly and quite rightly labelled a terrorist attack by the police and government. Not a hate crime, a terrorist attack. He wasn't part of any group as far as we know, but he was clearly trying to cause terror. Just as this despicable individual did in Las Vegas last night.??? Of course it's a terror attack, and that's what it will be called as long as its determined that the shooter was not completely mentally insane. As long as he had some semblance of his wits about him, then he is a domestic terrorist. A terrorist spreads fear and, typically, a political message by attacking civilians.
The Columbine shooters probably shouldn't be classified as terrorists ---- same with Sandy Hook. Tim McVeigh was a [Caucasian] terrorist. We'll see why the fuck this psycho decided to carry out this attack. 90% chance that he is quickly labeled a domestic terrorist unless it comes out that he was just some loony bin escapee.
Either way, there should be another serious push for more gun regulation ---- how the hell did this guy get access to such firepower?
Media doesn't have to cover them. They're irrelevant.
But they do.
I just think it's absolutely maddening that we had a white shooter and possibly an armed white man walking around trying to save people. What would have happened if a black or brown civilian did that?
