A power weapon I really love using is the Titan sword (can't remember it's name, you get it for finishing the story with a Titan). The heavy attack is like a baby Fist of Havoc, I love it. Useless against bosses though, they just kick you away, as it's pretty slow.
But smashing ads to dust, or waiting for some poor Guardian to rush around the corner and be vaporized is just insanely satisfying to me.

So what is the best RL to use for PVP? Swords require you to get in close quarters and Merciless is too slow... Curtain Call or the W Coil?

I can't comment on rocket launchers, but I'll say that Merciless isn't ideal for PvP. It's got great range, but if you're not too adept in fusion rifles the charge time could be a killer. It's probably not worth the exotic slot.

If you want to go with a fusion rifle try out Main Ingredient or Critical Sass. Critical Sass has a fairly short charge time, which is pretty nice.

I prefer Erentil FR4 for Crucible. It's got a long charge time, but the range is great.

What's the story with the FWC hand cannon? It procs two damage numbers when it hits an enemy.
Anyone know if this is actually stronger than anything else or is it just splitting the damage I would get from a regular hand cannon that doesn't have the FWC perk?

be glad you got a one point increase because that shouldnt have happened.

go do exotic quests, flashpoint, nightfall and crucible and you should get to 275.

Yeah I saw that. Reread the guides in the OP and facepalmed. The 1 point increase was from an exotic that came from a package at 272. Like I said earlier I'm now super flush with Legendary shards so at least I can pick Xur clean for a few weeks. I'm not in a super rush. I just want to catch up to my brother at 280.

Yeah, starting to see this a bit. Once I know there is a guy out there doing this, I make it my mission to hunt them down at every opportunity.

Once you know where they hide, its pretty easy to down them...They obviously aren't skilled players so its just a matter of making sure you have enough distance on them.

Primus is just ok, I use it for PVE sometimes.

It Stared Back(Sword), Ghost Primus(Auto Rifle), and Sins of the Past(Rocket Launcher) are probably the best gear out of the raid.

Raid RL. Can't really go wrong with either but the Raid one is probably the best. I'm pretty sure it's literally just a better Curtain Call. I don't have one

What's the name of it so I don't dismantle it in case one drops from a clan engram... I may have already broken it down from the chests I got this weekend or dismantles it to get my CC to 290...
