Damn. That's insanely low. These stats are even worse from the same page.

Yeah. This is what I'm wondering about.
49% Republicans say he's honest. Fucker literally said it was sunny when it was raining. Like how much are you not paying attention?

Yeah. This is what I'm wondering about.
Trump's flips were due to rural populism, not libertarians.5% for Democrats? There are that many "classical liberals" out there?
A good old war will bump that back up.
He has stabilized the last 2 months. Nothing will take his approval down, except for maybe a war of aggression in the Middle East/Korea.
Thats actually really low. If it drops that big again (80-> 67) into the 50's, you will see discussion from Republicans on impeachment. You can't win an election if not even half of your own party supports you.HOW
IS
IT
THAT
HIGH

Partisanship how does it work
That would increase the national debt! I thought Republicans hated that?!!Imagine how high he can get that number by going to war!
He hasnt really stabilized. He goes up a little and down a lot pretty often. Hes currently trending down.

I'm assuming they're elderly Southern Democrats. Lifetime Democrats that vote Republican in every election.

He actually did stop his slide as of two months ago. He's barely been trending up since then.
No, because that "Shy Tory" effect's been happening for decades. This is 67% among self-described GOPers. That's bad.Could this be explained as more sane Republican voters identifying as independent out of disgust, so now you only have the maniacs left?
What really stops his slides: Trump getting out of the news entirely. Was the case during the campaign, is the case now. His approvals start ticking up as long as his party can stop actually having to acknowledge him directly.Yup. His response to Charlottesville stopped the slide.

He has been hovering around 38-40 for 2 months now. In what world is that not considered stable?

It's still unfathomably high...
I'm curious what he did to turn the 6% since that's down from 11%.5% for Democrats? There are that many "classical liberals" out there?
Isn't that actually a historically low approval among his party for this time in his presidency?
That's incredibly low considering it all. What do you guys think caused. His whole mishandling of PR?

67% of Republicans hate poor people, minorities, and basic human decency?
I wa shock.

Yuuup
His disapproval is clearly trending upward.
Off topic, but I friggen hate that guy.
That is the silver lining in all this. His approval ratings are abysmal compared to the norm. While this looks high, 67% among Republicans is disastrous. Usually voters support their president nearly unanimously.

Means nothing when 90% of them would still vote Trump over any Democrat.
