Semantics means "meaning", and in linguistic context "meaning of a word or phrase". I am pretty annoyed by complaints about "semantical arguments", because, well, it is important what one means when one says something. Especially on the internet, where assumptions about intent due to seondary means of communication are completely unreliable.

The meaning of the noun "female" when it comes to humans is "human of female sex". Using "female" as a noun to refer to women and girls of female sex is semantically absolutely correct. It is being used in scientific contexts a lot and I am pretty sure scientists in their publications do not tend to systematically use words semantically wrong. "Principles" makes sense in this instance, because it appears to be a principle for many people to not use the word in casual conversation. When it comes to semantics, I'd require a good argument as to why that use is actually semantically incorrect.

Yes, i know. I also offered you a replacement word as i acknowledged that likely that cited bit is not completely in context, which you haven't replied upon. Instead of offering an explanation on how words work (You may understand that the aforementioned post took me a considerable time and thus that errors are likely to be made), can you provide a clear answer on the question given?

I do understand it took a lot of time, but the complaint about semantical arguments, both here and at Resetera is a particularly strong pet peeve of mine. Could you please repeat the question? I have reread your post and do not find a question. It is not in bad intention (or bad faith if you will) that I did not answer it, I am legitimately unaware of a question I should answer.

I don't really have anything against that type of post, but it's the hypocrisy that irks me. Although, technically it's not hypocrisy, since they do believe in groupings and different privilege, uhm, I mean different treatment of different groups/people.

Yeah and I was just unbanned a few days ago after saying the mods were overly sensitive and I didnt give a fuck when someone told me I was avoiding the SJW term.

It used to be easy to ignore such people in the past but today with the internet and social media these people have found each other and have congregated in many online spaces and thus are able to have a loud voice and can therefor influence all of today's entertainment mediums and promote their warped agenda. Normal people are working and have families and social lives, they don't have time to obsess over every little thing on social media, so they're not there to counter the asylum. Ignoring these people is what is got us to the point of safe spaces, trigger warnings, gender spectrums, imaginary pronouns, peoplekind and the list goes on and on. They must be countered at every turn if we don't want civilized society to collapse. In order for barbarians to take a city, somebody always has to open the gates for them and these demented people are the ones opening the gates as we speak.

I think the best thing we can do is vote.
While I understand the need to directly confront them on their BS, I feel for the safety of everyone it's simply best to just deny them political power.

Resetters can scream about 500 genders and open borders all they want. It's when they start putting up actual commies like Cortez Ocasio, that we must quickly respond and vote in a lesser evil.

Resetters will always be powerless behind the keyboard. It's only when they infiltrate the government does it spell doom for us all.

Like in one of the recent Jimquisition episodes where Jim had to mention that he is on some hardcore medication to even behave normaly.
Check all those "mental health" threads both here (if they still exist) and on Era - this is not a joke, the list of drugs some of them are on could either tranquilize a horse or make you spend a day high in the orbit.

There seems to be a predictable pattern on that site.

Whenever theres good news about the economy theres inevitably a few threads about how it hasnt helped them and how much their lives still suck. Most of the people there must have really bad luck or have really crappy jobs I guess.
