Do pencil eyebrows make you cringe?

I'm a natural look kind of guy. I'd like people to embrace their natural look so they don't feel like they need to pile on make-up (or plastic surgery) to boost their self esteem.

One thing that really makes me cringe is those fake eyebrow looks using eyebrow pencils. It looks like they shaved off their eyebrows and used a permanent marker to get some weird ass shape on their face.

Anyone else feel like this? It just looks really bad to me.

Sorry ladies but all drawn on eyebrows look like shit. I really don't understand why they feel the need to do it.

Holy shit pencil eyebrows are annoying. It really turns me off and give a vibe that something is not right with that person. Its like seeing someone with a botox lips, its just awful.

I don't find them attractive like some other pieces of makeup, but who am I to judge? If a person is comfortable wearing those, it's fine. Beauty is subjective.

Nobody finds them attractive. Nobody. I'll be shocked if a single person comes into this thread saying they want to be with an eyebrow pencil girl. Or guy. Whatever.

I cannot take a woman seriously when she removes her eyebrows and draws them in. It's incredibly distracting and it makes me think a person would need a mental illness to walk around like that thinking they've improved their appearance.

I feel like this, and make-up in general, shouldn't be enforced. People should be confident in their looks that they don't have to resort to faking their looks.

The reason people, mostly women, are doing this is because society's expectation is pressuring them to do it. You said not to judge, but people are being judged when they don't have it, which is why people do put on make-up.

So u are a fan of armpit and leg hair on women?

i love the transition of eye brows. it went from shitty thin eye brows to shitty thick eyebrows.

i do agree in some way. i mean i pretty myself up but its in the way that i wear nice clothes or like how i do my hair or whatever. but ive always thought make up is fucking weird. most people are fucking ugly and make up masks that. people now are trying to say that make up is some kind of expression. its not. they are trying to find someone to fuck by looking better. its that simple

honestly im cool with it and im cool with a giant muff too. i really like a natural look and i think its something people should really embrace instead of people looking like they came out of a clone tube. i think the whole area of whats attractive and whats not has been really diluted but people are stupid and need someone to tell them whats cool

bushes and hairy armpits are nice imo. leg hair looks shitty on women imo. on men i dont even notice it.

A lot of people do this to fill them in, correct plucking mistakes, make them darker when they're too light, highlight them, etc.

But the extreme side, no brow thin pencil line doesn't look that great, but sometimes it does.

you both have anime avatars so as far as im concerned you are brothers in arms
Son, you have a scary movie avatar you throwing shade over somebody else's avatar of any kind is down right amazing. Also comes from a game. :D

Pretty sure the pencil eyebrow hate in this thread is only based on looking at women/pictures of women who have done it poorly.

It's extremely common and you probably walk past many women every day who have penciled eyebrows without realizing it. Out of those, a good percentage have them tattooed on.

its not that people dont notice its that its common. so its like now you notice the really bad versions of it and dont care for when its really well done

I'd take some pencil eyebrow over unibrows and mustaches...

Well, show me an example then, because it's always obvious to me.

ive said it many times here. when someone loses an argument they automatically say "youre mad"
also since when has been being mad at something wrong. means i got passion son

Yeah that would be a big deal breaker for me, however as a man, I always keep my armpit hair and down under shaved too.

That are so many types including natural styles, not just the Kim Kardashian or Gwen Stefani style

Is that really pencilling? That looks like an entirely different make-up tool. Eyebrow pencils simply put a dark background behind the eyebrows or in place of the eyebrows. That looks like dying the eyebrows darker.

Just to jump in on the derailing of the topic, I have to say you're right.

That's a really weird thing that happens really often. People argue, then it becomes heated and then suddenly people start calling out each others emotions. Not only one says something like "lol you're mad" but the other starts to defend "what, me? I'm not even angry. I'm very calm here." And sure as hell you can see they both are fuming behind their computers. It's as if passionate discussion is immediately a sign of something negative and both of them have to either project their own angriness to the other or have to deny their more passionate emotions. They only accept them being seen as either cold rational thinker or laid-back funnyguy.

No, you can at the same time be both angry and have the best argument in the history of everything. Being mad doesn't end a discussion from either side.

It's pretty natural not to take in extreme details of strangers that you walk by all day.

If I am having a conversation with someone with tattooed or drawn-on eyebrows, I'll notice. And I'll think they're batshit crazy.

Armpit hair has nothing to do with cleanliness. When will this myth die?
Hygiene 101

"The odor from sweat is caused by bacteria and the bacteria can multiply in the damp area of armpit hair – shaving the armpits results in less space for bacteria to breed. And increased effectiveness from your deodorant products."
