He's disgusted by a wet garbage bag and not all the other shit? What a friggin loser.
It would take about a whole hour to clean the room the lazy bastard.

That is one lazy bastard.

I thought I was bad but my room is actually clean (just some wires and clothes)

I am sure that is to get attention for the Patreon Money, promising he will "Clean" it once he hits $4000 a month.

What sort of a lazy fuck just throws dishes and wrappers on the floor? Buy a fucking trash can.

Shit like this disgusted me - I'm fastidiously neat, and stuff getting out of place, and general mess, drives me insane.

Hell, why would BAG UP TRASH and leave it in your room? If you don't have garbage service or whatever, do a midnight dumpster run and get rid of it. Just do something other than leave it rotting in your room.

And Piss bottles?

What is he in some sort of 3rd world country without plumbing. I have never been so lazy as to not get up and piss in the F'n toilet. Even if its 4 in the morning and I wake up having to piss like a Russian race horse I aint grabbing no bottle. I am getting my ass up and using the bathroom. Does he have shit buckets lying around somewhere too or he just shits his pants?

is this for real?? looks photoshpy a bit. If real, then that is ironic and almost a bit sad tbh.

Well, it looks like things like moving boxes and things that likely are intended to be moved, so I wouldn't exactly call it that untidy in context (I mean, outside of the things on right, which looks like they are a part of a move and a few things on the counter to the left, it's pretty tidy it seems), though it's hilarious.

How hard is it to just grab a trash bag and just fill the damn thing up? Wouldn't even take 30 minutes.

I don't see anything ironic about it. Maybe for people who never listened to him and only know him from memes.
His point about cleaning your room is for people who are at the lowest level of existence, meaning addicted to drugs, unemployed for decades etc. The point is to start doing something that would build up your willpower to get you out of this mess. So you start with room. then maybe garden, then maybe try to look for a job etc. aka gradual improvement.

I don't think he, dude who literally makes millions right now, travels the world giving speaches needs idea how to pick up himself from the bottom.

Please tell me he's since cleaned all that shit up.

I just don't understand it, having a messy living space because you have a lot of stuff is one thing, but trash? To live in a literal pile of trash?

How fucking lazy would you have to be to not just throw shit away in the first place but to also let it get that bad?

Hoarding is a form of OCD.

That's not hoarding, it's literally trash he can't be bothered to clean up after himself.
Compulsive hoarding, also known as hoarding disorder,[6] is a behavioral pattern characterized by excessive acquisition of and an inability or unwillingness to discard large quantities of objects that cover the living areas of the home and cause significant distress or impairment.[7] Compulsive hoarding behavior has been associated with health risks, impaired functioning, workplace impairment, economic burden, and adverse effects on friends and family members.[8][9] When clinically significant enough to impair functioning, hoarding can prevent typical uses of space, enough so that it can limit activities such as cooking, cleaning, moving through the house, and sleeping. It can also put the individual and others at risk of fires, falling, poor sanitation, and other health concerns.[10] Compulsive hoarders may be aware of their irrational behavior, but the emotional attachment to the hoarded objects far exceeds the motive to discard the items.

Sounds like him.
