Hi, my name is Nero. Not really, is Raphael. I've been a long time lurker, since 2010. I love videogames in general and I'm an enthusiast for what the future will bring. I'm a shy person most of the times and people tend to think that I'm Canadian because I'm too formal and apologetic. All things aside, videogames aren't my area of expertise since I'm a lawyer here in Brazil, (yeah, I'm Brazilian). I like to engage in conversations and I even know some gaffers and got the chance to change ideas with people from the videogame industry. I love books, politics, learning other languages (I'm aiming to be a diplomat), and dachshunds!
Being part of this community means a lot for me because this is my main hub of videogame news together with Reddit.

My two little girls and gaming are the three most important things in my life .. love sports .. born in the 80's and survived ..
Mostly a PC/Playstation gamer, game on my PC a lot but have a PS4 Pro for the exclusives and to game with friends or hunt platinums ..

No matter! I love gaming, and I'm a big niche survival horror game enthusiast. I also love anything and everything to do with the DC and my big gaming aspiration is to one day own every LE console ever released. I have an R7 currently in my collection along side some nice JP DC imports.

I enjoy podcasts, physical fitness, and long form intellectual discussions that may or may not lead to gold.

Let me give some more info about myself if you don't mind. I'm 23 years old and live in Massachusetts. I don't game as much as I used to but when I do it tends to be RPGs, open world games, first person shooters, and the occasional indie title. A genre of game I'm ABSOLUTELY not into is real-time strategy (sorry Starcraft fans). My top three upcoming games I'm most excited for are Cyberpunk 2077, Watch Dogs Legion, and Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines 2 (I'm still playing through the first one though so don't spoil it for me!).
Besides gaming, I like to use Twitter, Discord, Reddit, watch videos on YouTube, listen to music (mostly while walking my dog) and generally procrastinate on the internet when I should be doing things more important. My favorite movie is Goodfellas (1990). I'm also interested in politics and open to general conversation regarding just about anything. Except sports. I don't know anything about sports so I would be completely lost there lmao. I consider myself to be someone who does not get offended easily so don't feel like you need to walk on eggshells around me.
