Because if battery and software minimalism Safari with 1Blocker.

Then have Firefox and brave on laptop for backups. Brave with built in is nice.

Something that's been bothering me about Chrome as of late is the Google/Bing image searches. I'll be flipping through the images and then after a few it just goes to a blank screen and I have to close the tab or hit back. What's up with that? It's annoying when I am trying to look at porn, damn it.

I didn't have this problem in Firefox, but I stopped using it because I ran into a problem where I couldn't save images in the browser... Which sucks because I actually liked Firefox a lot.

I can save images in Firefox just fine! Perhaps give it another chance?

As a browser, Firefox has come a long way in the past few months.

Firefox 55. Can't update to 57 because they changed all the addon infrastructure and I can no longer use addons to get the functionality I desire.

I suppose I could deal with most, or find alternate addons, but I bleeding hate how they changed the search bar functionality.

With android I am on the latest Firefox for mobile. But if it would work I would be on an older version, which put the page title into the address bar, before mozilla took out that code. There doesn't seem to be an addon which fixes that for Firefox for Android.

In fact... if I was still on a version of Android which still supported it, back on like 4.2, I'd be on the old ass XUL built Firefox, because that used to allow me zoom into text loads and it would reflow everything to within the screen's border without having to scroll left and right to read a zoomed-in line of text. But Google ripped some code out of Android codebase itself to manipulate mobile Internet statitistica towards Google Chrome (can't remember the specifics anymore, this goes back to like 2013 :( )

Since going Mac & iPhone in 2014 I only use Safari. I love it. Before that I was a Firefox guy. Never liked Chrome.

Firefox on the laptop
However the fact that videos with half the volume is aids
It must be GOOGLES doing!

Firefox On PC.

Currently also using Firefox on Android but I'm not yet sold. Some elements feel slower or more stuttery compared to chrome and as of late it struggles a bit with gaf (inserting images and sometimes with just plain writing ). But it supporting add ons still makes me prefer it over Chrome, and being able to share the same bookmarks with PC is nice

Firefox. It hasn't shit the bed since last time I switched, so I'm quite happy to keep rolling until it does.

Aloha Browser is the best for mobile. You can use a free VPN just by clicking the green shield icon no other external apps needed. Also you can download any video from the full screen view you just click the download icon. I kinda wish they had this for desktop computers too it's a really nice browser. Has most of the features that other browsers have too like private tabs etc.

I was a constant Chrome user until my friend told me about firefox update. It was hard for the first time, but after a week or so i felt very good using Firefox. And now they continue their free of ads and secure internet politics. Great browser!

Chrome on the pc as a main browser.
Tor browser if I need to do some shady stuff or troll this local chat site.
Opera Touch on my android phone.

I use Edge on phone and PC and have Bing set as the default search engine to get the extra reward points. Might as well get Xbox Live for free and some free games just for using their browser.

First time I'd heard of brave, just installed it based on the recommendations (on Android) and jesus christ its night and day from Samsung internet. Cheers all!

Please try Vivaldi people, it will change your lives.

I just discovered that you can change the browser's fonts on the fly and watch sites change it in real time, I have never seen this feature before or in any other browser, I've always hated trying to pick and preview browser fonts. It should work exactly like Vivaldi does it here, I can open a separate Settings panel, go to fonts section, and pick one from my list of fonts, and see how that looks in my main window immediately.
