[Grand Theft Scratchy]

I don't think it was very popular but it came out in the late '90s or early '00s, featured a couple superheroes with powers running through Times Square at night and one of them was in a hospital talking to an old man who was either possessed or dying. Then the new superheroes get together and they're fighting giant versions of Captain America, Wolverine and Daredevil, I think. Anyone remember this comic?

EDIT: Here it is. Slingers.

I got the giant superheroes wrong though. They were fighting giant versions of Captain America, Spider-Man, Fantastic Four and Beast.
