That was never proven as of this current gen. I mention the 2080Ti because it's the most powerful graphics hardware to date regardless of what platform it's running on. And it can NOT run a locked 4k/60FPS.

Unified graphics engines like Unreal, Unity, Frostbite, CryEngine, etc.. were made to scale across multiple platforms. So it's not like a PS4/X1X can render a multiplatform better than expected against the equivalent PC hardware.

What I'm getting at is that people assume that a 12TF equipped console will somehow miraculously pull off consistent 4k/60FPS on any game due to the fact that consoles (even though they are 100% PC hardware components) have some secret sauce. It's just untrue and the people that get offended when I mention this are the ones that find me "annoying". They don't want to hear the truth but want to go on believing what they want to believe.

The 12TF Anaconda, 4TF Lockhart leak occurred January 2019. DF posted their Gonzalo vid April 2019, and at that point it was still 1.8GHz. Oberon showed up August 2019 with 2GHz core clock.

Original Gonzalo leak from what I can find was from TUM_APISAK January 17th, 2019...2 days after the Reddit leak for Anaconda, Lockhart, and PS5. This was at 1GHz core, then the 1.8GHz core ES comes in April 2019, and as mentioned Oberon at 2GHz core in August 2019.

They have already been bench tested on DF. I believe both consoles will still struggle with 4k games. Look for 30FPS and with RTX on, you are looking at 1080p games.

What's done at this point is done. Microsoft has played their cards. Console games though can be coded down to the metal compared to their PC counterparts which would allow better performance compared to comparable speed PC hardware. Just looking at some games that we got this gen if you tried to run them on similar 2012-2013 hardware I don't think the same performance/fidelity would happen on the PC system (not comparing it to the fastest at the time, but the closest hardware to the PS4/XB1). Am I wrong in this assumption?

I never stated that a XSX was 10TF. That info came from Heisenberg.

XSX is 12 TF RDNA 2, more powerful than RTX 2080 Super, almost as powerful as RTX 2080 Ti.

XSX = 1080Ti = 2080 = 2080Ti. Pick one. Saying a 2080 Super instead of a 1080Ti isn't really adding more power.

PS5 will be 12TF RDNA 2 or even more.

Let's not pretend versions of PS4 Pro and PS4 have the same differences as the ones that will be between Xbox One and Xbox Series X either.
It would not have made any sense to haver Pro versions of games sold separately.

and at 399 i dont see 12tf RDNA 2.0 possible.
at 399$ a balanced 10 tf RDNA1.5 would be more realistic.

That would fit to sonys hide and see strategy at the moment; see how MS will price the Xbox and then undercut it as much as possible.

599$ xbox @ 12tf RDNA 2.0
399 - 449$ ps5 @ 10tf RDNA 1.5
